«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

ԶՊՄԿ-ում նոր բաժնետերերի հայտնվելուց ու կառավարության՝ «փայ մտնելուց» հետո, ի թիվս մի շարք խնդիրների, ի հայտ են գալիս նաև արտադրական ու սպառման խնդիրներ: Հայաստանի խոշորագույն հանքարդյունաբերող ընկերությունը վերջին ամիսներին արտադրողականության անկում է արձանագրում` նախկին օրական 750-800 տոննայի փոխարեն հիմա արտահանելով 300-350 տոննա կոնցենտրատ:

Փորձագետների համոզմամբ, այս խնդիրն առաջին հերթին կապված է կառավարման հմտությունների պակասի հետ: Ոլորտի փորձագետների համար առնվազն տարօրինակ է, որ միևնույն մարդուն նշանակում են ԶՊՄԿ ենթակայության տակ գտնվող մի շարք ընկերությունների տնօրեն: Սա մասնագիտական ու կադրային սովի ցուցիչ է, և ակնհայտ է, որ նույն անձը չի կարող արդյունավետ կառավարել, ասենք, թե՛ հյուրանոց, թե՛ գործարան, թե՛ հիմնադրամ և այլն:

Ոլորտի մասնագետների շրջանում կարծիք կա, որ գուցե այն ժամանակ, երբ դեռ նոր բաժնետերերը հեռվից էին նայում ԶՊՄԿ կառավարմանն ու աշխատանքի ընթացքին, և այստեղ հեռվից երևում էր միայն փող, նրանց թվում էր, թե աշխատանքները ամենևին էլ բարդ չէ կազմակերպել: Այժմ, սակայն, հայտնվելով աշխատանքների կիզակետում՝ ԶՊՄԿ նոր տնօրեն Ռոման Խուդոլին, ինչպես ասում են կոմբինատում, եվրոպական ստանդարտներին համապատասխանեցրած ԶՊՄԿ-ն շատ արագ վերածեց նոր «Զոդ»-ի:
