ՀԱՊԿ-ի ապտակը Հայաստանին

Ռուսաստանի նախագահի մամուլի քարտուղար Դմիտրի Պեսկովը հայտարարել է, որ ՀԱՊԿ ցանկացած անդամի, մասնավորապես՝ Բելառուսի վրա հարձակումը, հավասարազոր է Ռուսաստանի վրա հարձակման։ Նա նաև հայտնել է հանրապետությանը բացարձակ ռազմական աջակցություն ցուցաբերելու Ռուսաստանի պատրաստակամության մասին։
«ՀԱՊԿ-ի ցանկացած անդամի, հատկապես մեր ամենամոտ դաշնակցի վրա հարձակումն, ըստ էության, հավասարազոր է Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության վրա հարձակման։ Այստեղ բացարձակ փոխադարձ աջակցություն կա։ Սա ոչ ոք չի կարող կասկածի տակ դնել»,- «Բելառուս 1» հեռուստաալիքին տված հարցազրույցում նախօրեին ասել է Պեսկովը։
Այս հայտարարությունը տարակուսանքի տեղիք է տվել հայ հանրության մեջ։ Բոլորն են հիշում արցախյան 44-օրյա պատերազմում ոչ միայն Ռուսաստանի, այլև ՀԱՊԿ անդամ պետությունների վարքը, իսկ այդ կառույցի որոշ անդամներ անթաքույց աջակցություն էին հայտնում Ադրբեջանին։ Փաստացի, ՌԴ իշխանությունները՝ ի դեմս Պեսկովի, ապտակ են հասցնում Հայաստանի իշխանություններին, պարզ բացատրում, որ ՀԱՊԿ-ում Հայաստանը չունի այն կշիռն ու արժեքը, ինչ ունի Բելառուսը։ Կամ էլ՝ հասկացնում են, թե ՀԱՊԿ-ում Հայաստանին հավասարազոր և ազդեցիկ անդամ չեն համարում։
