Պատերազմի պատճառով Ուկրաինայի բյուջեն օրական կորցնում է մոտ 2 միլիարդ գրիվնա

Ռուսաստանի հետ պատերազմի պատճառով Ուկրաինայի պետական բյուջեն ամեն օր կորցնում է մոտ 2 միլիարդ գրիվնա։ Այս մասին «Նովոյե վրեմյա»-ին տված հարցազրույցում ասել է վարչապետ Դենիս Շմիգալը։
«Հիմա, եթե խոսենք ֆինանսների նախարարության հաշվարկների համաձայն բյուջեի կորուստների մասին, ապա Ուկրաինայի կորուստները կազմում են օրական մոտ 2 միլիարդ գրիվնա, եթե խոսենք ենթակառուցվածքների կորուստների մասին, ապա պատերազմի մեկ ամսվա ընթացքում դրանք նախնական տվյալներով՝ կազմում են 119 միլիարդ դոլար, այսինքն՝ օրական 4,25 միլիարդ դոլար»,- նշել է Շմիգալը։
Նրա խոսքով, եթե ավելացնեք ռազմական կորուստները և ավելացնեք ռազմական և սոցիալական ծախսերը, աջակցության ծրագրերը, ապա խոսքը 565 միլիարդ դոլարի մասին է։
Հիշեցնենք, որ փետրվարի 24-ի առավոտյան ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը հայտարարել էր Ուկրաինայի ապառազմականացման համար հատուկ ռազմական գործողություն սկսելու մասին: Հեռուստաուղերձում նա ասել էր, որ հանգամանքները «մեզնից պահանջում են վճռական և անհապաղ գործողություններ, Դոնբասի ժողովրդական հանրապետությունները օգնության խնդրանքով դիմել են Ռուսաստանին»:
Ռուսաստանի ղեկավարի խոսքով, արյունահեղության ողջ պատասխանատվությունը կլինի Ուկրաինայում իշխող ռեժիմի խղճի վրա։ Նա ուկրաինացի զինվորականներին կոչ է արել չկատարել ուկրաինական իշխանությունների հանցավոր հրամանները, վայր դնել զենքերն ու գնալ տուն։
Ի պատասխան Արևմուտքը սահմանել է նոր հակառուսական պատժամիջոցներ: Մասնավորապես, դրա ներքո են հայտնվել մի քանի խոշորագույն բանկեր, ներառյալ «Սբերբանկ»-ը և ՎՏԲ-ն: Եվրամիությունը, ԱՄՆ-ն, Կանադան և մի շարք այլ երկրներ երկինքը փակել են Ռուսաստանի ինքնաթիռների համար: Մի շարք պետական ընկերությունների համար դժվարացել են օտարերկրյա կապիտալի ներգրավման հնարավորությունները: Պատժամիջոցներ են սահմանվել բարձրտեխնոլոգիական ապրանքներ Ռուսաստան մատակարարելու վրա:
