Ռազմական փորձագետ Կարեն Վրթանեսյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է․

«Ազգային համակարգող մարմին ստեղծելու կոչից հետո անընդհատ հանդիպումների մեջ ենք։ Ինչպես գրել էի երեկ, հիմնական խնդիրը փոխադարձ անվստահությունն է բոլորը բոլորի հանդեպ։

Քաղաքացիները չեն վստահում քաղաքական ուժերին, քաղաքական ուժերը՝ քաղաքացիներին, մի գործիչը չի վստահում մյուսին, մյուսը՝ էն մյուսին ևն։

Բոլորը հասկանում են, որ միավորվել պետք է, բայց վերջին պահին հիշում են, որ ատում են ՀՀԿ-ին, մյուսը՝ Քոչարյանին, երրորդը՝ ՀՀՇ-ին, չորրորդն ընդհանրապես բոլոր կուսակցություններից է զզվում, հինգերորդը՝ «քաղաքականություն» բառը լսելով սկսում է հայհոյել, բայց քաղաքական գործընթաց է պահանջում։

Պարզ է, չէ՞, որ այս իրավիճակում Նիկոլը ցմահ լինելու է վարչապետ կամ էլ մինչև Հայաստանում հանձնելու բան մնա...

Բայց... Փոխադարձ վստահություն կառուցելը լրիվ իրատեսական է, ընդ որում կան փորձված տեխնոլոգիաներ... Առավել ևս, երբ զրույցի բոլոր կողմերը սկսում են իսկապես գիտակցել բոլորիս սպառնացող արտաքին իրական վտանգը։

Հարցնում եք. լա՛վ, կոնկրետացրու, ինչպե՞ս կառուցել փոխադարձ վստահությունը։

Քայլ առաջին՝ ձևակերպել սկզբունքներ, որոնց շուրջ տարաձայնություններ չկան։ Օրինակ՝ «Արցախը չի կարող լինել Ադրբեջանի կազմում»։ Օրինակ՝ «Նիկոլը չի ներկայացնում հայկական շահը և պետք է հեռացվի» և այլն։

Սրանով այժմ զբաղվում ենք և հինգշաբթի կփորձենք նախնական մի տեքստ առաջարկել։

Այն չի հավակնելու վերին ատյանի ճշմարտություն լինելուն։ Այն լինելու է այն նվազագույնը, որի հետ համամիտ է մեր հանրության մի զգալի մասը։ [Ըստ այդմ, բարեկամնե՛ր, ԽՆԴՐՈՒՄ եմ հենց այս գրառման տակ ներկայացնեք նաև ձեր կարծիքները ազգային միավորող սկզբունքների շուրջ]։

Եվս երկու կարևոր սկզբունք, որն անձամբ ես եմ բոլորին ասում.

• Ես ձեզ չեմ ստում։ Նույնը ակնկալում եմ ձեզնից։

• Որևէ մեկից չեմ ակնկալում այնպիսի բան, որն ինքս չէի անի։

Համատարած ստի, տոտալ անվստահության և հուսալքության այս մթնոլորտը հաղթահարելու միակ ձևը հնարավորինս թափանցիկ գործելն է և իրար հետ անկեղծ լինելը։ Ստի թագավորությունում ամենաթանկարժեք և ամենահզոր ռեսուրսն անկեղծությունն է։

Քայլ երկրորդ՝ անձնական շփումներն են. բոլոր նրանք, որոնք կիսում են միավորող սկզբունքները, պետք է իրար ծանոթանան, խոսեն, փորձեն փոխադարձ վստահություն կառուցել։ Մարդիկ, խմբեր, քաղաքական ուժեր...

Քայլ երրորդ՝ սկսել փոքր, մասամբ սիմվոլիկ, մասամբ գործնական նշանակություն ունեցող գործողություններ մշակելն ու իրականացնելը։ Տարբեր մարդիկ, տարբեր խմբեր պետք է սովորեն իրար հետ աշխատել։

Ազգային համակարգող մարմնի առաջին գործառույթը, որ նշել էինք՝ ազգային մոբիլիզացիան էր։ Այս 3 քայլերն այդ ուղղությամբ են։
