Թուրքական «Բայրաքթար» մարտական անօդաչու թռչող սարքերի (ԱԹՍ) առաքումներն Ուկրաինա ցավագին են ընկալվում ռուսական հասարակության մեջ։ Այդ մասին երկուշաբթի հայտարարել է Թուրքիայում Ռուսաստանի դեսպան Ալեքսեյ Երխովը՝ Aydinlik թերթին տված հարցազրույցում։ 

«Չեմ կարող չանդրադառնալ մի հարցի, որն ինձ այստեղ հաճախ են տալիս՝ ինչպե՞ս ենք վերաբերվում Ուկրաինային թուրքական «Բայրաքթար»-ների մատակարարմանը:Դե, ես լիովին ազնիվ կլինեմ. դուք չեք էլ կարող պատկերացնել, թե որքան ցավագին են ընկալվում այդ առաքումները ռուսական հասարակության մեջ: «Բիզնեսը բիզնես է» բացատրությունները չեն հասկացվում, քանի որ ձեր անօդաչու թռչող սարքերը սպանում են մեր զինվորներին, դրա համար են դրանք գնվում։ Ի դեպ, նշեմ՝ մի երկիր, որը հավակնում է Թուրքիայի դաշնակիցը համարվել, սովորություն ունի մեծ քանակությամբ զենք փոխանցել նրանց, ում հետ կռվում են «մեհմեդները» (թուրք զինվորները), իսկ դա Անկարային այնքան էլ դուր չի գալիս։ Այդ դեպքում ինչո՞ւ մեզ պետք է դուր գա»,- շեշտել է դիվանագետը։

Դեսպանն ընդգծել է, որ Ռուսաստանը զենք չի տալիս նրանց, որոնց դեմ կռվում է թուրքական բանակը, և Թուրքիան դա լավ գիտի։

Թուրքիան վերջին տարիներին հիմնել է մարտական անօդաչու թռչող սարքերի արտադրություն ոչ միայն իր զինված ուժերի կարիքները հոգալու, այլ նաև արտահանման համար։ Այս պահին արդեն վեց պետություն ունի «Բայրաքթար» անօդաչու թռչող սարքեր՝ Ադրբեջանը, Քաթարը, Լիբիան, Մարոկկոն, Լեհաստանը և Ուկրաինան։ Այս տեսակի անօդաչու թռչող սարքերն օգտագործվել են Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում, Սիրիայում և Լիբիայում մարտական գործողություններում։
