«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Երեկ ՀՀ կրթության, գիտության, մշակույթի և սպորտի նախարարի հրամանով հաստատվել են «ՀՀ վարչապետի գավաթ» սիրողական լողի մրցաշարի կանոնակարգն ու մասնակցության հայտը: Այն կանցկացվի Սևանա լճում՝ ՀՀ Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Շողակաթ (նախկին Շորժա) համայնքին հարակից լողափնյա տարածքում: Որոշման մեջ նշված է, որ ծախսերը կատարվում են ՀՀ պետական բյուջեից հատկացված միջոցների հաշվին: Սա, իհարկե, նորություն չէր, հասկանալի է, որ բոլոր այս միջոցառումներն անցկացվում են բյուջեի հաշվին:

«Վարչապետի գավաթի» շրջանակներում արդեն երեք նման միջոցառում անցկացվել է: Մասնավորաբար, խճուղային հեծանվավազքի համար տրամադրվել է մոտ 26 մլն դրամ, սեղանի թենիսի համար՝ մոտ 24 մլն դրամ, կրոսավազքի համար՝ մոտ 35 մլն դրամ: Ամենայն հավանականությամբ, այդ սահմաններում կլինի նաև լողի մրցաշարը: Իհարկե, շատ լավ է, որ կառավարությունը ցանկանում է «առողջ ապրելակերպը դարձնել համընդհանուր», ինչպես նշվել էր պաշտոնապես, բայց ստացվում է, որ ներկայիս ծանր վիճակում, երբ բյուջեի ամեն մի լուման մեծ նշանակություն ունի, իշխանությունները տասնյակ միլիոնավոր դրամներ են ծախսում անհասկանալի միջոցառումների համար, միայն թե վարչապետի հերթական «փիառն» ապահովեն:

Ճիշտ է, ժամանակին Փաշինյանն ասում էր, թե «վարչապետի գավաթ» են անունը դրել, որ «նաև դրա քաղաքական պատասխանատվությունը մեզ վրա լինի, և այդ ուղերձը լինի բոլոր կազմակերպիչներին, որ ամեն ինչ պետք է կազմակերպվի հնարավոր ամենաբարձր մակարդակով», սակայն հստակ է, որ գործ ունենք պարզ փառասիրության հետ՝ կարևորը պատեհ-անպատեհ՝ վարչապետի անունը «փիառվի»:
