Արսեն Բաբայանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության գեներալ-մայոր Արթուր Վանեցյանը ղեկավարելով «Հայրենիք» զորախումբը, վերջին պատերազմի ամբողջ ընթացքում իր գլխավորած զորախմբի հետ միասին անառիկ է պահել իրեն վստահված դիրքերն ու տարածքները։ Արթուր Վանեցյանի հրամանատարությամբ զորախմբին վստահված տարածքներն ու դիրքերը մինչ այս պահը հայկական ուժերի վերահսկողության տակ են։ Թշնամուն չի հաջողվել գրավել ոչ մի միլիմետր։ Այսինքն՝ Արթուր Վանեցյանն իր առջև դրված ռազմական խնդիրը լուծել է արժանապատվորեն։
Սակայն, արի ու տես, որ նիկոլյան իշխանության համար իրական գեներալը, ով պատերազմի ընթացքում անառիկ է պահել Հայրենիքի իրեն վստահված հատվածը, մեղադրվեց ամենածանր հանցանքների մեջ։ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն անգամ այնքան հեռու գնաց, որ Վանեցյանին մեղադրեց իր նկատմամբ մահափորձում։ Իհարկե հետագայում այդ բոլոր մեղադրանքները փուչիկի պես պայթեցին և Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը մնաց շարքային զրպարտիչ։
Մի նիկոլյան գեներալ կա, Անդրանիկ Փիլոյանը, որը Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կողմից, պատերազմից հետո, նշանակվեց Արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարար, իսկ օրերս ձերբակալվեց, այնուհետև կալանավորվեց պետությունից կաթսա գողանալու մեղադրանքով։ Հարց կառաջանա, թե ինչու եմ նրան համարում նիկոլյան գեներալ, չէ որ նա գեներալ էր դարձել մինչև նիկոլյան ժամանակները։ Պատճառը պարզ է, քանի որ նա հենց նիկոլյան իշխանության կողմից Ազգային հերոսի բարձրագույն կոչում ստացած գեներալ է։ Իհարկե մենք չգիտենք, թե նա որ սխրանքի համար է այդ բարձրագույն կոչումը ստացել, բայց արդեն գիտենք, թե որ հանցանքի համար է մեղադրվում։ Պատկերացնո՞ւմ եք, գեներալը, Ազգային հերոսը մեղադրվում է պետությունից կաթսա (հայերը դրան ասում են BAXI) գողանալու համար։
Պարզվում է, որ այս գեներալն Ազգային հերոսի բարձրագույն կոչում է ստացել Արցախյան վերջին պատերազմի մասնակցության արդյունքներով, իսկ որ ամենահետաքրքիրն է՝ Ջրականի (Ջեբրաիլ) պաշտպանության համար։ Իսկ պաշտպանվե՞լ է Ջրականը։ Հիմա Ջրականն Ադրբեջանական պետության տիրապետության տակ է։ Ահա նիկոլյան պատկերացումները գեներալի ու Ազգային հերոսի մասին։ Իրեն վստահված տարածքներն ու դիրքերը թշնամու կողմից գրավված է, իսկ զինվորական պատասխանատուն Ազգային հերոս է հռչակված։
Փաստորեն ստացվում է, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի պատկերացմամբ այն գեներալն է հերոս, որը չի կարողացել կատարել իր առջև դրված ռազմական խնդիրը, իսկ դրանից հետո էլ պետությունից գողացել է Baxi (ըստ նույն նիկոլյան իրավապահ մարմինների մեղադրանքի)։
Հա, մի գեներալ էլ հիշեցի, նիկոլյան պատգամավոր Գագիկ Մելքոնյան էր անունը... Ինչպես կասեր դասականը՝ տո այ սերմացու գողացող մկներ...
Հ.Գ. Կարևոր չէ, թե ում իշխանության օրոք ես գեներալի բարձրագույն կոչում ստացել, այլ կարևոր է այն, թե արդյոք վաստակել ես այդ կոչումն ու կարողացել ես արժանապատվորեն կրել այն ուսերիդ։
