«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է․ «Հայաստանի բարձրագույն ղեկավարության եւ Ադրբեջանի կողմից Արցախում՝ Քարագլխի բարձունքի մասով դիրքերի հետքաշման քաղաքական պայմանավորվածություն է տեղի ունեցել, ինչին էլ հաջորդել է ռազմական բախումը»,- «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթի հետ զրույցում նման տեսակետ հայտնեց քաղաքագետ Ալեն Ղեւոնդյանը։ Դիրքային նմանատիպ մարտերը, ըստ նրա, հիմնականում իմիտացիոն փաթեթավորում են՝ արդարացնելու Հայաստանի կողմից հողեր հանձնելու հանգամանքը, այսինքն՝ որպեսզի այդ գործընթացը լեգիտիմ, ընկալելի լինի մարդկանց համար ու հետագայում հարցեր չծագեն՝ բա ինչպես գյուղերը հանձնվեցին։

«Այդ պայմանավորվածությունները նոր չեն, դրանք սկիզբ են առել դեռեւս Ապրիլյան պատերազմից։ Նոր սրացումներ, իհարկե, կլինեն, ընդհուպ՝ Երասխի մասով: Հայաստանը, վստահ եմ, վերադարձնելու է բոլոր այն անկլավները, որոնք Ադրբեջանը ցանկանում է, եւ դրանք գտնվում են Հայաստանի ռազմավարական ճանապարհների վրա: Այսինքն՝ Ադրբեջանը կարողանալու է մեր պետության հաղորդակցային ցանցի ռազմավարական ուղիներն իր սեփական վերահսկողության տակ պահել, ու պատահական չէ, որ Երասխի հատվածում ադրբեջանցիները որոշակի պարբերականությամբ զորքը առաջ են տանում, այնուհետ հետ են բերում: Դա նաեւ ուժի, սպառնալիքի գցուցադրման գործիք է, որը այս պարագայում նպատակ ունի օգնել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության գործող ղեկավարին»,- ընդգծեց մեր զրուցակիցը»։
