«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
Շրջակա միջավայրի նախարարությունը հանրային քննարկման է ներկայացրել «Սևան» ազգային պարկի ռեկրեացիոն գոտում հանրային լողափերի կազմակերպման մասին կառավարության որոշման նախագիծը: Քաղաքացիների համար մատչելի և որակյալ հանգստի կազմակերպման անհրաժեշտությունը հաշվի առնելով՝ առաջարկվում է ստեղծել և կահավորել չորս նոր հանրային լողափ` Լճափ, Շողակաթ, Գավառ և Մարտունի համայնքներին կից։
Ներկայումս գոյություն ունի ութ հանրային լողափ՝ Սևանի քաղաքային երկու և Թերակղզու, Դրախտիկի, Լճաշենի, Ծովազարդի, Նորատուսի, Ծովագյուղի հանրային լողափերը: Ստեղծված 8 հանրային լողափերից լողափնյա պարագաներով (պառկելաթոռներ, հովանոցներ, զուգարաններ, խաղահրապարակներ, նստարաններ ավտոկայանատեղիներ, հանդերձարաններ, բուժկետ, փրկարարական կետ) կահավորված են միայն 3-ը:
Նշվում է, որ հանգստի սեզոնին տարեկան կտրվածքով այդ լողափերում իր հանգիստն է անցկացնում մինչև 90 000 քաղաքացի։ Գործող հանրային լողափերը գտնվում են Սևան քաղաքի հարակից լողափերում և այդ լողափերից հիմնականում օգտվում են Սևան համայնքից և Երևանից հանգստի մեկնած այցելուները: Մարզի տարածքի հավասարաչափ զարգացման և հանրապետության այլ մարզերից (Տավուշ, Լոռի, Վայք, Սյունիք) այցելուների համար անհրաժեշտ է կահավորել ինչպես չգործող հանրային լողափերը, այնպես էլ ստեղծել և կահավորել հանրային չորս նոր լողափ՝ Լճափ, Շողակաթ, Գավառ և Մարտունի համայնքներին կից։
Արդյունքում նախատեսվում է ունենալ կահավորված, գրավիչ ծառայություններ մատուցող նոր հանրային լողափեր Սևանա լճի առափնյա չորս տարբեր հատվածներում, ինչպես նաև լճի ափին հանրության բոլոր շերտերին հասանելի հանգստի հնարավորություն, անվճար ծառայություններ՝ մուտք լողափ, հանդերձարաններ, հանրային սանհանգույցներ, շվաքարաններ, բուժկետ, փրկարարական ծառայություն, երեխաների համար խաղահրապարակներ, աղբահանության պատշաճ կազմակերպում և մաքրման կայանների առկայություն, ենթադրվում են նաև հեռանկարային ներդրումային ծրագրեր և հավել յալ աշխատատեղերի ստեղծում:
Նախարարությունն ընդգծում է, որ նախագծի ընդունմամբ հնարավորություն կընձեռվի ՀՀ քաղաքացիների և օտարերկրյա հյուրերի համար ստեղծել մատչելի և որակյալ հանգստի պայմաններ: Նախագծի ընդունմամբ պետբյուջեում ծախսերի կամ եկամուտների փոփոխություններ չեն սպասվում:
