«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Օնորե դը Բալզակը իր հանրահայտ «Հայր Գորիո» գրքում այսպիսի միտք է արտահայտել. «Մեծ հարստության հետևում, որի բացատրությունը անհնար է գտնել, թաքնված է այնքան հմտորեն կատարված հանցագործություն, որ ոչ ոք չի կարող բացահայտել»: Նկատի ունենանք, որ, այնուամենայնիվ, Բալզակը չի պնդել, որ բոլոր հարուստ մարդիկ գողեր են…

Մեր օրերում հանրահայտ է այդ խոսքերի ավելի պարզեցված տարբերակը, որը գրվել է 1912 թվականին Լոնդոնում կայացած մեծահարուստների մի ընթրիքի առիթով տպագրված հոդվածում. «Ցանկացած մեծ կարողության հետևում թաքնված է հանցագործություն»: «… 30 տարի չթալանեին, զենք առնեին ու Ղարաբաղը պաշտպանեին։ Ամեն անգամ կռիվ ենք անում, ուզում ենք միշտ պատերազմական գործողությունների մեջ լինենք, լացենք, հետո ուրիշից պահանջենք»: Նման կերպ է արտահայտվել իշխող «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Խաչատուր Սուքիասյանը ԱԺ տարածաշրջանային և եվրասիական ինտեգրման հանձնաժողովի նիստի ժամանակ։ Այսինքն, ըստ Սուքիասյանի, Հայաստանում միայն «նախկիններն» են 30 տարի թալանել երկիրը: Ինչպես ռուսական ասացվածքն է ասում, «ում կովը բառաչի, քոնը թող լռի»:

Եթե նման բան ասեր, ասենք, սահմանային ինչ-որ գյուղի բնակիչ, կամ էլ Երևանի մի բանվոր կամ տաքսիստ, կարելի էր հասկանալ: Ըստ Խաչատուր Սուքիասյանի, 30 տարի թալանել են, թալանել են և կրկին թալանել են, իսկ ինքը …աստծո գառ, պարտաճանաչ հարկատու, տաղանդ, ով կարողանում է իր քրտինքով միլիոններ աշխատել՝ ընդ որում, ամեն ինչ օրինական ճանապարհով և այնպիսի երկրում, որը մխրճված է թալանի ու կոռուպցիայի մեջ: Լավ, հարց, որ այդպես թալանել են, ընդ որում՝ բոլոր «նախկինները», անխտիր բոլոր պաշտոնյաներն ու օլիգարխները, այդ ո՞նց ստացվեց, որ ինքը Հայաստանի առնվազն առաջին տասնյակում գտնվող մեծահարուստների ցուցակում է: Իսկ հիմա՝ «նոր Հայաստանում», որքան նոր բիզնես կա կամ հնի «ռեինկարնացիա» ու «վերահասցեավորում», ըստ ԶԼՄ-ների, այսպես թե այնպես, կապվում է նրա անվան հետ:

Անձամբ ես և, հավանաբար, շատերը լոյալ վերաբերմունք ունենք մեծահարուստների նկատմամբ, խելացի են եղել, հարստացել են: Բայց Խաչատուր Սուքիասյանի այս արտահայտությունը, ինչքան էլ դա տարօրինակ հնչի, ինձ և հավանաբար շատերի համար վիրավորական է, ծաղրական: Այստեղ ընդամենը կարելի է արձանագրել մի հին ճշմարտություն. «Լեզուն է մարդու ամենամեծ թշնամին»:
