Ֆեյսբուքյան օգտատեր Արմեն Խաչիկյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է․

«Ադրբեջանական ուժերը գտնվում են Քարագլուխ բարձունքում և զգալիորեն ամրացել են։ Ռուսական խաղաղապահ ուժերը վերահսկում են Փառուխ գյուղը, սակայն գյուղը շրջապատված է ադրբեջանական ստորաբաժանումներով, իսկ հայկական ստորաբաժանումներ Փառուխում չկան ու բնակիչները չեն կարող վերադառնալ գյուղ։

Թշնամին շարունակում է ոչ միայն վերահսկել Արցախի տարածքում գտնվող Քարագլուխ բարձունքի այդ ուղղությունը, այլ նաև բարձունքում առաջխաղացել է դեպի Խրամորթ, Սարդարաշեն ու Խնաբադ ուղղություններով` փորձելով ուղիղ տեսանելիություն ապահովել նշված գյուղերի նկատմամբ, ինչպես բարելավում և ամրացնում է Քարագլխի իր դիրքերը։ Մինչև այժմ արդեն իսկ տրակտորների միջոցով կածաններով բացել են ճանապարհը, ապահովում են տեխնիկայի տեղաշարժը և մատակարարման գործընթացը։

Այստեղ նաև լուրջ վտանգ կա հակառակորդի Նոր Սեյսուլանի ուղղությամբ դեպի Խաչենի կամուրջ առաջխաղացման դեպքում, որի հետևանքով կարող է Արցախը բաժանվել երկու մասի` փակվելով Մարտակերտի ճանապարհը։

Խրամորթ-Փառուխ-Քարագլուխ ուղղությամբ լարվածության մեկնարկից Արցախում եմ, չեմ կարող շատ մանրամասներ բացահայտել, բայց այս օրերին ամբողջապես տիրապետել և վերլուծել եմ օպերատիվ տեղեկատվությունը և փաստում եմ հետևյալը.

1. Ամբողջ պատասխանատվությունը կրում է ՀՀ և Արցախի Հանրապետության իշխանությունները։ Սա պայմանավորվածության հետևանք էր և տարածքի գրավման հրավեր։

2. Իշխանությունից բացի նաև ընդդիմությունը ոչ մի ողջամիտ քայլ չի ձեռնարկել, խիստ անդեմ, համակերպված լուռ վիճակում են։ Այս ընթացքում ՀՀ ԱԺ ընդամենը 2 պատգավորի եմ տեսել Արցախում։

3. Լուսաբանման գործընթացում որոշ ԶԼՄ-ներ և գործիչներ մանիպուլյատիվ կոնտեքստում են ներկայացնում տեղեկատվությունը։

Արդյունքում.

Իշխանությունների ստորության, ընդդիմության կասկածելի լռության և որոշ ԶԼՄ-ների մանիպուլյացիայի պայմաններում Քարագլուխը կորսված է։

Գլխավոր մեղավորն ու պատասխանատուն նախևառաջ գործող կառավարող ուժն է։

Իրենց քթերից է գալու Քարագլուխն ու Փառուխը, իրենց խղճին է զոհված հիանալի սպա Միրզոյան Դավիթն ու մյուս տղերքը։

Քարագլխի շուրջ 1200 հեկտարը պարզապես հող չէ, դա ռազմավարական նշանակության բարձունք է և մեր հայրենիքի անբաժանելի հատված` ինչպես օրինակ Երևանի Կասկադը, Գյումրու հրապարակն ու Ծաղկաձորի ճոպանուղին։

Ի վերջո, քանի դեռ մենք հանդուրժում ենք այս իշխանություններին, իսկ իրենք հանդուրժում են այսպիսի կորուստները, ապա Արցախի սահմաններին նորանոր սադրանքներ են լինելու, շատ ռիսկային հատվածներ կան, որոնց տեղը թշնամին շատ լավ գիտի և այս ճակատագրին արժանանալու են նաև այլ բնակավայրեր ու բարձունքներ։
