Արցախում Փառուխ գյուղի և Քարագլուխ բարձունքի շուրջ իրադարձությունները բավական տարօրինակ երանգներ են ստանում։ Երեկ կեսօրին Արցախի տեղեկատվական շտաբը հայտարարեց, թե Ասկերանի շրջանի Փառուխ գյուղն այժմ գտնվում է Արցախում տեղակայված ռուս խաղաղապահ զորակազմի վերահսկողության գոտում։ Տեղեկատվական շտաբի տարածած հաղորդագրության մեջ նշված էր, թե շնորհիվ Արցախի զինված ուժերի խիզախ ջանքերի, հայկական կողմին հաջողվել է կասեցնել ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերի ստորաբաժանումների առաջխաղացումը և պահպանել Քարագլուխ լեռան հիմնական մասի հանդեպ տիրապետումը։ Արցախի տեղեկատվական շտաբը նշում էր, որ ադրբեջանական զորքերի մի մասը շարունակում է մնալ Քարագլխի մի հատվածում ամրացված դիրքերում։

Ըստ էության, թե՛ Հայաստանի, թե՛ Արցախի իշխանությունները, հստակ արձանագրելով, որ հրադադարի ռեժիմի և շփման գծի խախտումը տեղի է ունեցել ռուսական վերահսկողության գոտում, արձանագրում էին ռուսական կողմի պատասխանատվությունը ստեղծված իրավիճակում։ Որքան էլ ռուսական ազդեցության գոտում աշխատող որոշ վերլուծաբաններ և ԶԼՄ-ներ փորձեցին իրավիճակը մեկնաբանել հօգուտ Ռուսաստանի, այդուհանդերձ, վստահաբար, հարկ է արձանագրել, որ ռուսական կողմը քարոզչական լուրջ հարված ստացավ Հայաստանի իշխանությունների կողմից և ապացուցվեց, որ տևական ժամանակ ռուսական իշխանությունները որևէ քայլ չեն կատարել։ Իսկ հատկապես Արցախի զինված ուժերի խիզախ ջանքերի շեշտումը, հայկական կողմին հնարավորություն է տալիս սեփական քարոզչական օրակարգն առաջ մղել։
