POLITICSՔանի որ հաճախակի են հարցումներով դիմում կատարվող աշխատանքների մասին, հայտնեմ, որ այս օրերին տարբեր պետական մարմիններ իրենց աշխատանքն են կատարում իրավիճակից բխող հիմնախնդիրների կարգավորման ուղղությամբ: Ես քանիցս այցելել եմ Խրամորթ համայնք, կապ եմ պահում շրջվարչակազմերի ղեկավարների ու լիազոր նախարարների հետ, տալիս համապատասխան հանձնարարականներ: Այս մասին հայտնում է Արցախի պետնախարար Արտակ Բեգլարյանը:
«Նախ, Խրամորթի ու Փառուխի բնակիչների (շուրջ 200 երեխա, կին ու տարեց) տարհանման կազմակերպումից հետո հանձնարարել եմ սոցիալական զարգացման ու միգրացիայի նախարարությանը արագորեն գնահատել տարհանված ընտանիքների կարիքները և ցուցաբերել առաջին անհրաժեշտության աջակցություն: Արդեն սննդամթերքի տեսքով որոշակի ծավալի աջակցություն տրվել է և առաջիկայում աջակցության լրացուցիչ միջոցներ ևս կկիրառենք: Կառավարության հետ համագործակցությամբ Կարմիր խաչի միջազգային կոմիտեն ևս ցուցաբերում է աջակցություն, այդ թվում՝ ֆինանսական բնույթի, և, ըստ կարիքի, կառավարությունը նույնպես կտրամադրի ֆինանսական օգնություն տարհանված անձանց՝ հաղթահարելու իրենց սուր հիմնախնդիրները:
Հանձնարարված է լիազոր մարմիններին կարիքների գնահատման արդյունքների հիման վրա ապահովել Խրամորթից ու Փառուխից տարհանված կարիքավոր ընտանիքներին ժամանակավոր կացարաններով՝ մինչև իրավիճակի կարգավորումը և նրանց վերադարձը հայրենի տներ: Աշխատանքներ են տարվում նաև տարհանված երեխաների կրթության պատշաճ կազմակերպման ուղղությամբ:
Գյուղատնտեսության նախարարությունը միջոցներ է ձեռնարկում կենդանիների պաշտպանության ու անասնակերի ապահովման ուղղությամբ:
Մի շարք աշխատանքներ են կատարվել ու կատարվում նաև այլ ուղղություններով, այդ թվում՝ Հայրենիքի պաշտպանության գործին աջակցելու առումով, որոնց մասին լիազոր մարմինները առանձին հրապարակումներով հանդես կգան»,- հայտնում է Բեգլարյանը:
