«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Վերջին օրերին բավական լարված վիճակ էր Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Ծովագյուղ համայնքում։ Ծովագյուղցիները մի քանի օր շարունակ փակում էին Սևան-Երևան միջպետական մայրուղին՝ պահանջելով չեղարկել համայնքի խոշորացման որոշումը։ Հիշեցնենք, որ ի նշան բողոքի՝ Ծովագյուղ ու Սեմյոնովկա համայնքների բնակիչները մեկ մարդու պես բոյկոտել էին դեկտեմբերի 5-ին կայացած ՏԻՄ ընտրությունները։ «Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, այս ամենն ունի ուշագրավ նախապատմություն, և պատահական չէ, որ ծովագյուղցիները պահանջում էին հանդիպում հենց տարածքային կառավարման և զարգացման նախարարի հետ։

Մեր աղբյուրները փոխանցում են, որ Գեղարքունիքի մարզպետ եղած ժամանակ նա հանդիպել է գյուղի ներկայացուցիչների հետ և նրանց խոստացել, որ առաջիկա խոշորացման գործընթացում Ծովագյուղ և Սեմյոնովկա համայնքները չեն ներառվի։ Դե, ծովագյուղցիները վստահող ու շնորհակալ մարդիկ են, հավատացել են ու շնորհակալ եղել: Բայց հիմա կանգնած են փաստի առջև:

Ի դեպ, թեպետ խոսակցություններ կան, որ հիմա էլ խոստացել են փոխել ոոշումը, բայց քանի որ, ինչպես ծովագյուղցիներն են ասում, այս իշխանություններին հավատալը նույնն է, թե մաղով ջուր կրես աղբյուրից, նշյալ երկու համայնքների բնակիչները թերահավատ են:

Ի դեպ, իշխանական կուլիսներում այս թեմայի շուրջ խոսում են, որ իշխանությունները հնարավոր է անցնեն Փաշինյանի սիրած մեթոդին ու Ծովագյուղի համայնքապետի ու նրա մերձավոր շրջապատի նկատմամբ սկսեն կիրառել ճնշումներ, այդ թվում՝ գործեր կարելու ճանապարհով:
