Ավելի քան 564 մլրդ դոլար. Ուկրաինան հայտնել է պատերազմի հետևանքով կրած վնասի չափը
ECONOMICSՌուսաստանի ներխուժման պատճառով Ուկրաինայի միանվագ կորուստներն արդեն գնահատվում են 564,9 մլրդ դոլար։ Այս մասին հայտարարել է Ուկրաինայի առաջին փոխվարչապետ, էկոնոմիկայի նախարար Յուլիա Սվիրիդենկոն, գրում է korrespondent.net-ը։
«Կորուստները հաշվարկելու առնվազն երկու եղանակ կա՝ առաջինն ուղղակի ոչնչացման հետևանքով կորուստների գնահատումն է, երկրորդը՝ ռազմական գործողությունների ընդհանուր ազդեցությունից կորուստների հաշվարկը, այսինքն՝ բոլոր հետևանքները, այդ թվում՝ տնտեսական իրավիճակի վատթարացում, գործազրկության աճ, առևտրի արգելափակում, սպառողների պահանջարկի կրճատում և այլն»,- պարզաբանել է նա։
Սվիրիդենկոն մանրամասն նկարագրել է տնտեսական կորուստները.
119 միլիարդ դոլար՝ ենթակառուցվածքների կորուստ (ավերվել և վնասվել են գրեթե 8 հազար կմ ճանապարհներ, տասնյակ երկաթուղային կայարաններ, օդանավակայաններ)
112 մլրդ դոլար՝ ՀՆԱ-ի կորուստ 2022 թվականին
90,5 միլիարդ դոլար՝ քաղաքացիական բնակչության կորուստներ (10 միլիոն քառակուսի մետր բնակարան, 200 հազար ավտոմեքենա, 5 միլիոն մարդու սննդի մատակարարում)
80 միլիարդ դոլար՝ ձեռնարկությունների և կազմակերպությունների կորուստներ
54 միլիարդ դոլար՝ Ուկրաինայի տնտեսությունում ուղղակի ներդրումների կորուստ
48 մլրդ դոլար՝ պետբյուջեի վնասներ:
Միաժամանակ նախարարը նշել է, որ թվերը շարունակում են աճել։
«Այդ պատճառով Ուկրաինան, չնայած բոլոր խոչընդոտներին, կձգտի փոխհատուցել ագրեսորից փոխհատուցման վճարումները՝ ինչպես դատարանի որոշումներով, այնպես էլ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության սառեցված ակտիվները մեր պետությանը փոխանցելու միջոցով»,- ասել է Սվիրիդենկոն։
Ավելի վաղ ԱՄՀ-ն Ռուսաստանի հետ պատերազմից ուկրաինական տնտեսության անկումը նախապես գնահատել էր 35%:
