Ալեն Սիմոնյանի գլխավորած պատվիրակությունը երկօրյա այցով Ղազախստանի Ալմաթի քաղաքում է

ՀՀ ԱԺ նախագահ Ալեն Սիմոնյանի գլխավորած պատվիրակությունը մարտի 28-ից երկօրյա այցով Ղազախստանի Ալմաթի քաղաքում է՝ մասնակցելու ԱՊՀ միջխորհրդարանական վեհաժողովի 30-ամյակին նվիրված նիստին։
 
Այցի շրջանակներում ՀՀ ԱԺ նախագահը հանդիպել է Ղազախստանի Սենատի նախագահ Մաուլեն Աշիմբաեւին։ Փոխադարձ ողջույնից հետո ԱԺ նախագահը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել ղազախ գործընկերոջը հյուրընկալության համար եւ շնորհավորել երկու երկրների միջեւ դիվանագիտական հարաբերությունների հաստատման 30-ամյակի առթիվ։
 
Խորհրդարանների ղեկավարները փաստել են, որ հայ-ղազախական կապերն ուղղված են քաղաքականության, տնտեսության եւ մշակույթի ոլորտներում փոխշահավետ ու հեռանկարային համագործակցությանը։
 
ՀՀ ԱԺ նախագահը նշել է, որ Հայաստանն ու Ղազախստանը հետեւողականորեն զարգացնում են քաղաքական փոխգործակցությունը, ակտիվացնում միջպետական շփումները՝ երկկողմ հարաբերությունները որակապես նոր մակարդակի հասցնելու համար։ Ղազախստանի Սենատի նախագահը երախտագիտությամբ կարեւորել է Հայաստանի՝ որպես ՀԱՊԿ-ում նախագահող պետության դերը՝ հունվարին Ղազախստանում տեղի ունեցած ռազմական բախումներին օպերատիվ արձագանքելու եւ դաշնակիցների հետ համատեղ աջակցություն ցուցաբերելու գործում։
 
Հանդիպմանը քննարկվել են ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերի սադրիչ գործողություններն Արցախում եւ Հայաստանի ինքնիշխան տարածք ներխուժելու փաստերը։ Ալեն Սիմոնյանն ընդգծել է, որ հերթական անգամ Ադրբեջանը խախտել է 2020թ. նոյեմբերի 9-ի եռակողմ հայտարարությունը, ինչի հետեւանքով կան զոհեր եւ վիրավորներ։ Ալեն Սիմոնյանը տարածաշրջանի իրավիճակը բնութագրել է որպես խոր հումանիտար ճգնաժամ՝ հույս հայտնելով, որ Ղազախստանը՝ որպես դաշնակից, կազդի Ադրբեջանի վրա։ Կողմերը կարեւորել են երկու պետությունների հարաբերություններում օրենսդիր մարմինների ակտիվ փոխգործակցությունը տարբեր, այդ թվում՝ խորհրդարանական բարեկամական խմբերի միջոցով։
 
Հանդիպմանն անդրադարձ է եղել Ղազախստանում բնակվող 15 հազարից ավելի հայերի խնդիրներին։ Ղազախստանի Սենատի նախագահը հավաստիացրել է, որ Ղազախստանում ապրող հայերն ամբողջությամբ ներգրավված են սոցիալ-մշակութային, տնտեսական եւ կրթական ասպարեզներում և օրինակելի համայնք են համարվում։
Հանդիպման ավարտին ՀՀ ԱԺ նախագահը ղազախ գործընկերոջը հրավիրել է պաշտոնական այց կատարել Հայաստան. հրավերը սիրով ընդունվել է։
