Միջանցք է տրամադրված, որ ադրբեջանցիները Փառուխից հետ քաշվեն․ բանակցություններ են ընթանում
INTERVIEWԱրցախի Ասկերանի շրջանի ուղղությամբ իրավիճակը հանգիստ է, ռուս խաղաղապահների հետ միասին իրավիճակը վերահսկվում է մեր համապատասխան ստորաբաժանումների կողմից։ Այս մասին 24News-ին ասաց Ասկերանի շրջանի վարչակազմի ղեկավարի օգնական Անահիտ Պետրոսյանը։
Ավելի վաղ Արցախի պաշտպանության բանակը հաղորդագրություն էր տարածել, թե մարտի 24-ին Ադրբեջանի ԶՈՒ ստորաբաժանումները, կոպտորեն խախտելով 2020 թ. նոյեմբերի 10-ի եռակողմ հայտարարության պահանջները, ներխուժել են Արցախում Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության խաղաղապահ զորակազմի պատասխանատվության գոտի՝ վերահսկողության տակ վերցնելով Ասկերանի շրջանի Փառուխ գյուղն ու հարակից դիրքերը, ապա փորձել առաջխաղացում ապահովել Արցախի արևելյան սահմանագոտում:
«Ռուսական խաղաղապահ զորակազմի և Արցախի համապատասխան մարմինների կողմից ժամեր տևած բանակցությունները էական արդյունքներ չեն տվել, և հակառակորդը չի վերադարձել ելման դիրքեր: Ավելին, ադրբեջանական ստորաբաժանումները մարտի 25-ի գիշերը կրակ են բացել ՊԲ ստորաբաժանումների վրա՝ կիրառելով ինչպես տարբեր տրամաչափի հրաձգային զինատեսակներ, այնպես էլ հարվածային ԱԹՍ: Ծավալված փոխհրաձգության արդյունքում հակառակորդի կողմից զոհվել է առնվազն 5 զինծառայող: Հայկական կողմից կա մեկ վիրավոր»։
Ասկերանի վարչակազմի ղեկավարի օգնականը նաև հերքեց տեղեկությունները, թե ադրբեջանական կողմը գրավել է Քարագլխի բարձունքը։ Քարագլուխ բարձունքը ռազմավարական նշանակություն ունի, քանի որ այնտեղ կա մի հովիտ, որտեղից դիտարկվում են Արցախի բոլոր բնակավայրերը՝ Ասկերանից մինչև Ստեփանակերտ։
Անահիտ Պետրոսյանն ասաց․ «Միջանցք է տրամադրված, որ ադրբեջանցիները Փառուխից դուրս գան և հետ քաշվեն ելման դիրքեր, այս պահին դեռ բանակցություներ են ընթանում»։
Ըստ պաշտոնյայի՝ Փառուխի բնակչությունը երեկ տարհանվել է Ասկերանի շրջանի գյուղեր՝ վարչակազմի և Արցախի ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության վերահսկողության ներքո․ «Ընդհանուր տարահանումը կատարվել է նորմալ, մարդկանց պատշաճ տեղավորել են, այդ հարցում խնդիրներ չունենք»։
Երեկ 24News-ի հետ զրույցում Փառուխի գյուղապետ Վարդան Միքայելյանն ասել էր, որ ադրբեջանական դիրքերը մոտ 1 կիլոմետր էին հեռու գյուղից։
