Երևանի ավագանու ընտրությունները կարելի է ասել արդեն թեժ փուլ է մտնում։ Քաղաքական ուժերը արդեն հստակեցնում են իրենց թեկնածուների ցանկն ու քաղաքապետի թեկնածուներին։ Հայտնի է արդեն, օրինակ, որ ՔՊ֊ն Երևանի ավագանու առաջիկա ընտրություններին որոշել է առաջադրել նախկին փոխվարչապետ Տիգրան Ավինյանին։

Past.am-ի զրուցակից, քաղաքագետ Թևան Պողոսյանը այն հարցին, թե քաղաքական ուժերը ինչպիսի մեկնարկային հնարավորություններ ունեն` ասաց․

«Իրականում դեռևս շանսերի մասին չենք կարող խոսել, քանի որ ծրագրեր չկան ներկայացված։ Հիմա կարելի է հաշվի առնել միայն մինչ այս այդ քաղաքական ուժերի տված խոստումները. արդյո՞ք ի կատար ածվել են, թե ոչ։ Շանսեր ունենալու են նրանք, ովքեր կարողանալու են ճիշտ նախապատրաստվել։ Մեր քաղաքացիները պետք է սովորեն գնահատել ներկայացված ծրագրերով և նախկինում կատարված կամ չկատարված խոստումներով»։

Հարցին, թե արդյոք ընտրությունները կարող են քաղաքական լուրջ պայքարի վերածվել` Թևան Պողոսյանն ասաց․

«Իհարկե կարող են, ցանկացած ընտրություններ էլ դառնալու են, կարծո՞ւմ եք Վեդիում ընտրությունների ժամանակ չի լինելու։ Իսկ Երևանն ամենամեծ համայնքն է ու հասկանալի է, որ յուրաքանչյուր ընտրություն քաղաքական պայքար է և եթե լուրջ են վերաբերում` կարող է լինել և լուրջ պայքար։ Իմ կոչը ես ավելի շատ ուզում եմ հղել ընտրողներին․ եկեք վերհիշենք բոլորի խոստումները` կատարել են, չեն կատարել, ինչպես են պահել իրենց խոստումները, ինչ ծրագրեր են ունեցել, գործողները ինչպես են դրսևորել իրենց, ամեն ինչ գնահատեք և նոր միայն ձեր ընտրությունը կատարեք»։
