ՄԱԿ-ի Գլխավոր ասամբլեան հակառուսական բանաձև է ընդունել
INTERNATIONAL NEWSՄԱԿ-ի Գլխավոր ասամբլեան Ուկրաինայում հումանիտար իրավիճակի վերաբերյալ հակառուսական բանաձեւ է ընդունել, փոխանցում է «ՌԻԱ Նովոստին»։
Բանաձեւին կողմ է քվեարկել 140, ձեռնպահ՝ 38, դեմ են եղել Բելառուսը, Էրիթրեան, Հյուսիսային Կորեան, Ռուսաստանը եւ Սիրիան։ Հայաստանը ՄԱԿ-ի հակառուսական բանաձևին ձեռնպահ է քվեարկել։
Գլխավոր ասամբլեայի ընդունած բանաձեւում նշվում է, որ այն «պահանջում է Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության կողմից Ուկրաինայի դեմ ռազմական գործողությունների անհապաղ դադարեցում»։ Եվ նաև նշվում է, որ «Ռուսաստանի ռազմական հարձակումը Ուկրաինայի տարածքի վրա և դրա հումանիտար հետևանքները հասնում են այնպիսի չափերի, որոնք միջազգային հանրությունը տասնյակ տարիներ չի տեսել Եվրոպայում»: Բացի այդ, պահանջվում է դադարեցնել քաղաքների, մասնավորապես՝ Մարիուպոլի շրջափակումը։
Փաստաթուղթը նաև կոչ է անում իրականացնել մարտի 2-ին ՄԱԿ-ի Գլխավոր ասամբլեայի կողմից ընդունված բանաձևը (դրանում Ռուսաստանին կոչ է արվել դադարեցնել հատուկ ռազմական գործողությունը Ուկրաինայում և դուրս բերել իր զորքերը, ինչպես նաև դատապարտել է Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության` իր միջուկային ուժերի պատրաստվածությունը բարձրացնելու որոշումը»):
Զուտ հումանիտար թեզերի թվում կան քաղաքացիական անձանց և քաղաքացիական ենթակառուցվածքների, լրագրողների և բժիշկների պաշտպանության պահանջներ։ Պահանջվում է նաև ապահովել քաղաքացիական անձանց, այդ թվում՝ օտարերկրացիների համար անվտանգ անցումը։
Ընդունված բանաձեւի համաձայն՝ Գլխավոր ասամբլեան կողմերից պահանջում է ապահովել մարդասիրական անվտանգ մուտք, դատապարտում է հումանիտար իրավունքի խախտումները և կոչ է անում իրականացնել այն։
Բանաձեւի նախագիծը համահեղինակել են ԱՄՆ-ը, Ուկրաինան, Մեծ Բրիտանիան, Վրաստանը, Գերմանիան, Լիտվան եւ Լատվիան։
