«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
tass.ru-ն գրում է, որ Չեչնիայի իշխանություններն զբաղվում են Չեչնիայի տարածքով Ռուսաստանից դեպի Վրաստան երկրորդ ավտոմայրուղու կառուցման հարցով։ Նախագծի իրականացումը կնվազեցնի Անդրկովկասից ապրանքների առաքման արժեքը և ժամանակը: Այդ մասին լրագրողներին ասել է տարածաշրջանի տնտեսական, տարածքային զարգացման և առևտրի նախարար Ռուստամ Շապտուկաևը։ «Չեչնիայի Հանրապետության կառավարությունը համապատասխան նամակներ է ուղարկել դաշնային իշխանություններին: Այդ ճանապարհի կառուցումը, անկասկած, կնվազեցնի տրանսպորտային ծախսերը Ռուսաստանից Հայաստան, Ադրբեջան, Իրան, Վրաստան և Թուրքիա ապրանքների առաքման ժամանակ»,- ասել է Շապտուկաևը։ Նրա խոսքով, ամենահեռանկարային երթուղին Չեչնիայի Հանրապետությունից դեպի Վրաստան Արգունի կիրճով արդեն գոյություն ունեցող Իթում-Կալի-Շաթիլի մայրուղին է, որը պահանջում է վերակառուցում և ընդլայնում:
«Երբ ճանապարհը բերվի անհրաժեշտ գործառնական որակներով համապատասխան տեխնիկական վիճակի, այն կարելի է ներառել Հյուսիս-Հարավ միջազգային տրանսպորտային միջանցքում: Համապատասխան տրանսպորտային և սոցիալական ենթակառուցվածքների ստեղծմամբ ճանապարհը կարող է օգտագործվել որպես Վրաստանի Ռազմավիրական մայրուղու հավելում կամ այլընտրանք, որը կնպաստի Վրաստանի և Հայաստանի ուղղությամբ բեռնափոխադրումների շարունակականությանը»,- կարծիք է հայտնել նախարարը։ Մայրուղու շինարարությունը, որը Չեչնիայի բարձրլեռնային Իտում-Կալինսկի շրջանից տանում է Վրաստանի Ախմետովսկի շրջան, սկսվել էր դեռ հանրապետությունում առաջին ռազմական բախման ավարտից հետո, բայց վրացական կողմը ճանապարհի շինարարությունը սառեցրել է 1998 թվականին:
Չեչնիայի ղեկավար Ռամզան Կադիրովը բազմիցս է հայտարարել, որ տարածաշրջանը պատրաստ է բացել այդ ճանապարհը, հենց որ Վրաստանի և Ռուսաստանի միջև պայմանավորվածություններ ձեռք բերվեն։
