«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Օրեր առաջ խանութներում սկսված խուճապային գնումների «բումը», կարծես, անցավ, այլևս մարդիկ ամիսների պաշար չեն հավաքում: Փոխարենը լուրջ գնաճ է արձանագրվում ամենօրյա ռեժիմով, որը սրընթաց դատարկում է մեր քաղաքացիների «գրպանները»: Տնտեսագետ Սուրեն Պարսյանը «Փաստի» հետ զրույցում նշում է, որ հայ սպառողը պարենի դեֆիցիտ չի ունենալու, բայց ստիպված է լինելու շատ վճարել պարենի համար, քանի որ համաշխարհային շուկայում գները շարունակելու են բարձրանալ:

Տնտեսագետի համոզմամբ, այս տարի մենք պարենի երկնիշ գնաճ ենք ունենալու, ինչի հիմքերն արդեն կան: «Հունվար-փետրվարին 6,5 տոկոս գնաճ է արձանագրվել, իսկ պարենային ապրանքների գները 11,8 տոկոսով են աճել: Անցած տարի առկա գնաճային իրավիճակը փոխանցվել է նաև այս տարվան, ինչին գումարվեց նաև ռուս-ուկրաինական հակամարտության գործոնը, ինչը համաշխարհային շուկայում պարենի գների աճին է հանգեցնելու»,-ասում է Պարսյանը՝ ընդգծելով, որ մենք մեծ կախվածություն ունենք ներկրումից, իսկ դրամի արժեզրկումն իր հերթին հանգեցնում է ներկրվող ապրանքների թանկացմանը:

Հայաստանում գրեթե միշտ, հիմա՝ առավել ևս, դրամի արժեզրկման դեպքում միանգամից գնաճ է արձանագրվում, բայց երբ դրամն արժևորվում է, գնանկում այդպես էլ չի լինում: Պարսյանը որպես առաջին պատճառ նշում է, որ ներկրողները մտահոգություն ունեն, թե դոլարի փոխարժեքը էլի կտրուկ կարող է բարձրանալ. «Երկրորդ՝ իրենց համար ֆինանսական բարձիկներ են ստեղծում, որ նման տատանումներից զերծ պահեն իրենց: Մյուս հանգամանքը, ինչի պատճառով գնանկում չենք տեսնում, մեր շուկային բնորոշ մենաշնորհներն են, նրանց քաղաքականությունը: Ներկրող խոշոր տնտեսվարողները շուկայում գին են թելադրում, մրցակցություն չկա, որը կստիպի նրանց գին իջեցնել»,- ասում է տնտեսագետը:
