Գործի են դրվել դիվանագիտական բոլոր ջանքերը. ԱԳ նախարարը՝ Արցախում գազամատակարարման խնդրի մասին
POLITICSԱրցախում ադրբեջանական կողմի միջամտության հետևանքով գազի մատակարարման դադարեցման հարցով ՀՀ ԱԳՆ-ն գործի է դրել դիվանագիտական բոլոր ջանքերը, միջազգային գործընկերներից արդեն ստացվում են արձագանքներ:
«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ այս մասին ասաց ՀՀ արտգործնախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանն ԱԺ-ում կառավարության անդամների հետ հարցուպատասխանի ժամանակ՝ անդրադառնալով ՔՊ-ից Տաթևիկ Գասպարյանի հարցին, թե ԱԳՆ-ն ի՞նչ աշխատանքներ է տանում միջազգային ասպարեզում՝ ներկայացնելու Արցախում գազի մատակարարման դադարեցման և ցուրտ պայմաններում ԼՂ-ում հումանիտար ճգնաժամ ստեղծելու Ադրբեջանի գործողությունները:
ԱԳ նախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանն ասաց, որ ինչպես առաջին անգամ գազամատակարարման խափանման դեպքում, այնպես էլ երկրորդ անգամ գազամատակարարման խափանման դեպքում անմիջապես գործի են դրել դիվանագիտական բոլոր հնարավոր ջանքերը: «Մենք նախևառաջ սերտ, պարբերական կապի մեջ ենք ռուս գործընկերների հետ: Վթարը, կամ այս դեպքում արդեն պարզ չէ, թե ինչպես անվանել դա… ամեն դեպքում վնասված կամ փակված տեղանքը գտնվում է խաղաղապահների պատասխանատվության գոտում: Եվ առաջնային մեր կապը ռուսաստանյան գործընկերների հետ կա, բայց կա նաև ողջ մնացյալ արտաքին քաղաքակիրթ աշխարհի հետ»,-ասաց Միրզոյանը:
Նա հիշեցրեց, որ ԱԳՆ-ն նախորդ օրը հայտարարություն է տարածել, բացի դրանից տեղի ունեցածի մասին նոտա է հղվել բոլոր միջազգային գործընկերներին: ԱԳ նախարարի վստահեցմամբ՝ արդեն արձագանքներ ստացվում են: Միրզոյանը նշեց, որ նախորդ անգամ գազամատակարարման դադարեցման ժամանակ ՀՀ վարչապետն է խոսել և ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղարի հետ, և ՌԴ նախագահի, և Ֆրանսիայի նախագահի հետ, ԱԳՆ-ն ևս իր հերթին՝ իրեն հասանելի խողովակներով արել է հնարավոր ամեն ինչ խնդիրը բարձրաձայնելու համար: «Նույնը և այս անգամ: Արդեն արձագանքները տեսնում ենք: Նաև մեր ջանքերի արդյունքում են այդ աշխատանքները»,-ասաց Միրզոյանը՝ ցավով ընդգծելով, որ հարցը դեռ լուծված չէ:
Արցախի Հանրապետությունում գազամատակարարումը դադարեցվել էր մարտի 7-ի լույս 8-ի գիշերը՝ ադրբեջանական կողմի վերահսկողության տակ գտնվող տարածքում գազատար խողովակի պայթելու պատճառով: Ադրբեջանական կողմը թույլ չէր տալիս հայկական կողմին, ռուս խաղապահներին մոտենալ Արցախ մտնող միակ գազատար խողովակին և վերականգնել գազամատակարարումը: Այնուհետև ՀՀ կառավարության և ռուս խաղաղապահների աջակցությամբ իրականացվող բանակցությունների շնորհիվ ադրբեջանական կողմը կատարել էր վնասված գազատար խողովակի վերանորոգման աշխատանքներ: Մարտի 21-ից Ադրբեջանի միջամտությամբ Արցախում կրկին դադարեցվել էր գազի մատակարարումը: Արցախից հայտարարել էին՝ ունեն բավարար հիմքեր պնդելու, որ մարտի 8-ին պայթեցված գազատարի վերանորոգման աշխատանքների ընթացքում ադրբեջանական կողմը տեղադրել է փական, որի միջոցով էլ դադարեցրել է գազամատակարարումը։
