ՆԱՏՕ-ի խաղաղապահների մուտքն Ուկրաինա ուղիղ բախման կհանգեցնի ՌԴ-ի և դաշինքի միջև. Լավրով
INTERNATIONAL NEWSՈւկրաինա ՆԱՏՕ-ի խաղաղապահներ ուղարկելը Հյուսիսատլանտյան դաշինքի ուժերի և Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության զինված ուժերի միջև ուղիղ բախման կհանգեցներ։ Այս մասին չորեքշաբթի հայտարարել է ՌԴ ԱԳ նախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովը՝ ելույթ ունենալով Մոսկվայի միջազգային հարաբերությունների պետական ինստիտուտում (ՄԳԻՄՕ), հայտնում է ՏԱՍՍ-ը։
«Մեր լեհ գործընկերներն արդեն հայտարարել են, որ հիմա ՆԱՏՕ-ի գագաթնաժողով է լինելու, պետք է խաղաղապահներ ուղարկել: Հուսով եմ, որ նրանք հասկանում են՝ ինչի մասին է խոսքը: Սա կլինի ուղիղ բախումը Ռուսաստանի և ՆԱՏՕ-ի զինված ուժերի միջև, ինչից բոլորը ոչ թե կցանկանային խուսափել, այլ ասում էին, որը նման բան երբեք սկզբունքորեն չպետք է տեղի ունենա»,- ասել է նա։
Միաժամանակ Լավրովը չի բացառել, որ Լեհաստանը, առաջարկելով խաղաղապահներ ուղարկել Ուկրաինա, կցանկանար «շտաբ-բնակարան սարքել Լվովում, իսկ հետո մնալ այնտեղ»։
«Այս սադրանքի երկրորդ նպատակը՝ արդեն խոսվում է ոչ միայն խաղաղապահ զորակազմի մասին, արդեն խոսվում է, որ ոչ միայն ՆԱՏՕ-ն, այլ մերձբալթյան երկրները կարող են այնտեղ ուղարկել մի քանի փոքր գումարտակներ՝ պաշտպանելու Ուկրաինան։ Այնպես որ, մենք պետք է համբերատար լինենք»,-շարունակել է Լավրովը:
Ավելի վաղ Լեհաստանի կառավարության ղեկավար Մատեուշ Մորավիեցկին հայտարարել էր, որ Ուկրաինան իրավունք ունի իր տարածք հրավիրել «բոլորին, ում ցանկանում է», այդ թվում՝ ՆԱՏՕ-ի խաղաղապահներին։ Միաժամանակ նա կարծիք է հայտնել, որ Ռուսաստանը «չի համարձակվի հարձակվել դաշինքի վրա»։
Մինչդեռ Գերմանիայի կանցլեր Օլաֆ Շոլցը հայտարարել է, որ դեմ է Ուկրաինայի երկնքում ոչ թռիչքային գոտու սահմանմանը և ՆԱՏՕ-ի խաղաղապահներ ուղարկելուն:
«Իհարկե, ես լսում եմ նրանց ձայնը, ովքեր պահանջում են ոչ թռիչքային գոտի կամ ՆԱՏՕ-ի խաղաղապահ ուժեր ուղարկել Ուկրաինա, որքան էլ դժվար լինի, մենք դրան չենք տրվի»,-ասել է սոցիալ-դեմոկրատը։
«ՆԱՏՕ-ն պատերազմի կողմ չի դառնա, այս հարցում մենք համակարծիք ենք եվրոպացի դաշնակիցների և ԱՄՆ-ի հետ»,- ասել է նա։
Շոլցը հավելել է, որ մինչ այժմ հնարավոր է եղել կանխել ՆԱՏՕ-ի և Ռուսաստանի միջև ուղիղ հակամարտությունը։
«Այսպես էլ պետք է մնա»,- հավելել է կանցլերը։ Միաժամանակ նա ասել է, որ Ուկրաինան կարող է ապավինել Գերմանիայի օգնությանը։
Հիշեցնենք, որ փետրվարի 24-ի առավոտյան ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը հայտարարել էր Ուկրաինայի ապառազմականացման համար հատուկ ռազմական գործողություն սկսելու մասին: Հեռուստաուղերձում նա ասել էր, որ հանգամանքները «մեզնից պահանջում են վճռական և անհապաղ գործողություններ, Դոնբասի ժողովրդական հանրապետությունները օգնության խնդրանքով դիմել են Ռուսաստանին»:
