POLITICSՄարտի 21-ին Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Քրիստիննե Գրիգորյանը և աշխատակազմի ներկայացուցիչներն այցելել են Պաշտպանության նախարարության կենտրոնական կլինիկական զինվորական հոսպիտալ:
Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանը ՀՀ ԶՈՒ ռազմաբժշկական վարչության և հոսպիտալի ղեկավար կազմի հետ շրջայց է կատարել հոսպիտալում:
Այցի ընթացքում ուսումնասիրվել են զինծառայողների բժշկական սպասարկման հարցերը, առանձնազրույցներ են տեղի ունեցել վնասվածքաբանության, ընդհանուր թերապիայի և վերակենդանացման բաժանմունքներում բուժում ստացող պարտադիր ժամկետային և պայմանագրային զինծառայողների հետ, ովքեր ծառայության տարբեր հանգամանքներում, այդ թվում՝ մարտական գործողությունների ընթացքում կամ առաջնագծում մարտական հերթապահություն իրականացնելիս վիրավորումներ ու վնասվածքներ են ստացել:
Բուժանձնակազմի հետ քննարկվել են զինծառայողների բուժման ընթացքի ու մեթոդների հետ կապված հարցերը:
Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանն ու Պաշտպանի ներկայացուցիչները զինծառայողներին պարզաբանել են նրանց իրավունքների իրացման հնարավորությունները, այդ թվում՝ առողջական վիճակի հետազոտման, բժշկական փորձաքննության ընթացքին ծանոթանալու և դրանց արդյունքներով տրված եզրակացություններն ու այլ փաստաթղթերը ստանալու, ինչպես նաև բարձրացված այլ հարցերի հետ կապված:
Զինծառայողները Պաշտպանին ներկայացրել են իրենց առողջական խնդիրները, բուժման ընթացքը, ծառայողական առօրյան:
Այցի ավարտին առանձին քննարկում է եղել ՀՀ ԶՈՒ ռազմաբժշկական վարչության և հոսպիտալի ղեկավար կազմի հետ, Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանին են ներկայացվել ոլորտին առնչվող և հրատապ լուծում պահանջող մի շարք կարևոր խնդիրներ, այդ թվում՝ հոսպիտալի բժշկական տեխնիկայով հագեցվածության, բժշկական անձնակազմի համալրվածության, անձնակազմի հոսունության, ռազմական բժիշկների համար նախատեսված երաշխիքներին առնչվող հարցեր:
Պաշտպանը հատուկ ընդգծել է, որ ռազմական բժիշկների և ամբողջ բժշկական անձնակազմի հերոսական աշխատանքն անուրանալի է. այն առանձնահատուկ դրվատանքի է արժանի:
Զինծառայողների և նրանց ընտանիքների անդամների իրավունքների պաշտպանությունը շարունակելու է մնալ Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի անմիջական ուշադրության ներքո:
