Արցախում գազ չկա, ռուս խաղաղապահների հրամանատարությունը բանակցում է ադրբեջանական կողմի հետ
INTERVIEWԱրցախում երեկվանից դադարեցված գազամատակարարումը դեռ չի վերականգնվել. ռուսական խաղաղապահ զորակազմի հրամանատարությունը բանակցություններ է վարում ադրբեջանական կողմի հետ։ Այս մասին NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Արցախի նախագահի մամուլի քարտուղար Լուսինե Ավանեսյանը։
Հիշեցնենք՝ «Արցախգազ» ԲՓԸ–ի հաղորդմամբ, մարտի 8-ին, ժամը 1։00–ի սահմանում, մայրուղային բարձր ճնշման գազատարի վնասման պատճառով Արցախի տարածքում խափանվել էր գազամատակարարումը։
Արցախի մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի աշխատակազմի կողմից կատարված ուսումնասիրությունների եւ իրավապահ մարմինների հետ քննարկումների արդյունքում պարզվել էր, որ գազատարը վնասված է այն հատվածում, որը գտնվում է ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերի վերահսկողության տակ։
Ադրբեջանական կողմը 9 օր խոչընդոտներ էր ստեղծում վնասված գազատար խողովակի վերանորոգման աշխատանքները իրականացնելու համար։ Եվ միայն մարտի 16–ին, ըստ Արցախի տեղեկատվական շտաբի, Հայաստանի կառավարության ու ռուս խաղաղապահների աջակցությամբ իրականացվող բանակցությունների շնորհիվ՝ ադրբեջանական կողմն սկսել էր գազատարի վերանորոգման աշխատանքները, որոնք ավարտվել էին մարտի 19–ին։
Սակայն, երեկ՝ մարտի 21–ին, Արցախի տեղեկատվական շտաբը հաղորդագրությամբ տեղեկացրեց, որ ադրբեջանական կողմի ուղիղ միջամտության հետեւանքով Արցախի Հանրապետությունում կրկին դադարեցվել է գազամատակարարումը։
«Մենք ունենք բավարար հիմքեր պնդելու, որ մարտի 8-ին պայթեցված գազատարի վերանորոգման աշխատանքների ընթացքում ադրբեջանական կողմը տեղադրել է փական, որի միջոցով էլ ժամեր առաջ դադարեցրել է գազամատակարարումը։ Ադրբեջանը ստեղծված եղանակային անբարենպաստ պայմանները ծառայեցնում է մեր ազգաբնակչության համար հումանիտար լրացուցիչ խնդիրներ առաջացնելու նենգ գործին եւ դիմում հանցավոր քայլի։
Իրավիճակի մասին անմիջապես տեղեկացվել է Արցախում տեղակայված ռուսական խաղաղապահ զորակազմի հրամանատարությունը, որի հետ միասին Արցախի իշխանությունները գործադրում են համապատասխան ջանքեր գազամատակարարման վերականգնման նպատակով»,– ասվում էր հաղորդագրության մեջ։
