IDBank-ն ու Գյումրիի տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների կենտրոնը համագործակցության հուշագիր են ստորագրել։ Ընկերություններն այսուհետ սերտորեն փոխգործակցելու են՝ խրախուսելու համար տեխնոլոգիական կրթությունը և աշխատատեղերի ստեղծումը Հայաստանի Հանրապետության բոլոր մարզերում։
Այսուհետ տեխնոլոգիական մասնագիտացմամբ լավագույն ուսանողները, որոնք ուսում կստանան ԳՏՏԿ-ում, հետագայում հնարավորություն կունենան վերապատրաստվել և փորձաշրջանն անցնել IDBank-ում՝ հետագայում աշխատանքային կարիերան հենց Բանկի հետ սկսելու հեռանկարով։
ԳՏՏԿ գործադիր Տնօրեն Ամալյա Եղոյանի խոսքով՝ IDBank-ի և Գյումրիի ՏՏ Կենտրոնի համագործակցությունը շատ հատկանշական է, քանի որ IDBank-ը երիտասարդների համար խիստ գրավիչ է իր թվային և տեխնոլոգիական լուծումներով, իսկ ԳՏՏԿ-ի նպատակն է Հայաստանի ամբողջ տարածքում խթանել երիտասարդների մուտքը թվային և տեխնոլոգիական ոլորտ։ «Այս հուշագրով նաև կհստակեցնենք Բանկի մասնագիտական կարիքները տեխնոլոգիական և նորարարության ոլորտում։ Ընկերությունները համատեղ կմշակեն training + internship ձևաչափով կրթական ծրագիր՝ թիրախում պահելով երիտասարդներին։ Շեշտը դրվելու է հատկապես մարզերի երիտասարդության վրա․ այսպես կխթանենք մրցունակ կադրերի հոսքը դեպի IDBank, իսկ մասնագիտական կրթության մասին հոգ կտանի հենց Գյումրիի Տեղեկատվական Տեխնոլոգիաների Կենտրոնը», - նշում է Ամալյա Եղոյանը։
IDBank-ի Վարչության նախագահ Մհեր Աբրահամյանի խոսքով՝ ընկերությունների միջև համագործակցությունը խիստ արդիական է Հայաստանի համար։ «Հայաստանի երիտասարդության շրջանում օրեցօր աճում է հետաքրքրությունը տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների ոլորտի նկատմամբ։ Բանկն էլ իր հերթին խիստ շահագրգռված է նոր տաղանդների ներգրավման գործում․ վստահ ենք, որ նոր մասնագետների համար լավագույն գործատուն կլինենք և կօգնենք ճիշտ սկսել աշխատանքային կարիերան»,-ասաց Մհեր Աբրահամյանը։
Ընկերություններն ընդգծեցին, որ մասնագետների պատրաստման հետագա աշխատանքային գործընթացում սերտորեն համագործակցելու են համալսարանների հետ՝ ներգրավելով բարձրագույն և միջին մասնագիտական ուսումնական հաստատություններին և ապահովելով երիտասարդների ակտիվ մասնակցությունը այս համագործակցության շրջանակում։
