Կանայք կարող են. Նոյեմբերյանում կայացել է «Իրազեկ կանայք՝ մրցունակ համայնք» ծրագրի առաջին փուլը

«Մեր հասարակության մեջ կանանց դերն օրեցօր մեծանում է, ինչին նպաստում է միայն իրազեկվածությունը, կանանց հավատ ներշնչելը, որ իրենք կարող են, իրենց ձայնը լսելի է»,- վստահ է «Իրազեկ կանայք՝ մրցունակ համայնք» ծրագրի ղեկավար Մարիամ Նալբանդյանը:
Երեկ Նոյեմբերյանում կայացավ ծրագրի առաջին փուլը, որին մասնակցում էին 35 կանայք՝ համայնքի տարբեր բնակավայրերից:
«Նոյեմբերյան համայնքում կանայք հիմնականում չգիտեն իրենց իրավունքները ֆիզարձակուրդում գտնվելու ժամանակ: Շատ հաճախ նրանք չեն հետաքրքրվում համայնքային խնդիրներով, չեն մասնակցում համայքնում որոշումների կայացմանը` առավել շատ զբաղվածության պատճառով: Ծրագրի միջոցով մենք ցանկանում ենք նպաստել կանանց՝ համայնքում որոշումների կայացման գործում մասնակցության բարձրացմանը:
Դասընթացի մասնակիցներն ընտրվել էին նախապես անցկացված օնլայն հարցման միջոցով: Բանախոսությունների ընթացքում մենք անդրադարձանք ՏԻՄ-ի գործունեությանը, ֆիզարձակուրդում գտնվելու ժամանակ կականց իրավունքներին, ինչպես նաև խոսեցինք մեդիագրագիտությունից: Կարծում եմ՝ մենք կատարեցինք մեր առջև դրված խնդիրը, իսկ թե որքանով էր մեր դասընթացն արդյունավետ, ցույց կտա միայն ժամանակը»,- 1or.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Մարիամը:
Ծրագրի մասնակից Նունե Ազիզյանի կարծիքով՝ դասընթացը բավականին հետաքրքիր էր և լավ էր կազմակերպված.
«Ես հաստատ ավելի լավ չէի կարող անցկացնել երեկվա օրս: Մենք տուն գնացինք նոր գիտելիքներով, հաճելի տպավորություններով և, իհարկե, գեղեցիկ նվերներով: Շատ ուրախ եմ, որ մեր համայնքում նմանատիպ ծրագրեր են իրականացվում: Ուրախ կլինեմ, եթե դրանք պարբերական բնույթ կրեն, քանի որ մեզ մոտ հնարավորությունները քիչ են, և ես աշխատում եմ ձեռքից բաց չթողնել ոչ մեկը»:
Ծրագրի ղեկավարի խոսքով՝ դասըթացը միայն առաջին փուլն էր, առջևում դեռ շատ անելիք կա.
«Մոտ ժամանակներս կկազմեկերպվեն կլոր սեղան-քննարկումներ, որոնց ընթացքում թիրախային խմբի կողմից առաջնային համարված խնդիրները հետագայում կներկայացվեն ավագանու նիստերին:»:
«Աջակցություն դրամաշնորհների կառավարման գործընթացին կանանց հզորացման համար» ծրագիրն իրականացվում է ՀԿ Կենտրոնի կողմից՝ Գերմանիայի միջազգային համագործակցության ընկերության (ԳՄՀԸ) կողմից իրականացվող «Լավ կառավարում հանուն տեղական զարգացման Հարավային Կովկասում» ծրագրի և ՄԱԿ-ի Զարգացման ծրագրի (ՄԱԶԾ) աջակցությամբ՝ Շվեյցարիայի և Գերմանիայի կառավարությունների կողմից համաֆինանսավորվող «Տեղական ինքնակառավարման համակարգի բարելավումը Հայաստանում» ծրագրի երկրորդ փուլի շրջանակներում:
