Արարատ Միրզոյանը հայտնել է Ադրբեջանում պահվող գերիների թիվը
POLITICSՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանը հայտնում է, որ Ադրբեջանը որպես գերի պահում է 38 անձի, որոնցից 3-ը քաղաքացիական անձինք են: «Արմենպրես»–ի հաղորդմամբ՝ Միրզոյանն այս մասին հայտնեց ԱԺ արտաքին հարաբերությունների մշտական հանձնաժողովի նիստում՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարության 2022 թվականի փետրվարի 28-ի «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարության ծրագրի (2021-2026 թթ.) 2021 թվականի կատարման ընթացքի եւ արդյունքների զեկույցի մասին» որոշմամբ հավանության արժանացած զեկույցի ներկայացմանը:
«Ադրբեջանում դեռևս ապօրինաբար պահվում են հայ ռազմագերիներ և քաղաքացիական անձինք: Եվ Հայաստանը շարունակում է միջազգային տարբեր ձևաչափերով բարձրաձայնել Ադրբեջանում պահվող հայ ռազմագերիների, պատանդների և այլ պահվող անձանց անհապաղ վերադարձի հարցը: Ադրբեջանը դեռևս պահում է 38 անձի՝ ռազմագերի, պատանդ և այլ կարգավիճակով պահվող անձինք: 38-ից 3-ը քաղաքացիական անձինք են: Ուշագրավ է, որ 38-ից 2-ը գերեվարվել են նախքան նոյեմբերի 16-ը տեղի ունեցած էսկալացիան»,-ասաց Միրզոյանը:
Խնդիրը 2021-ի ապրիլի 19-ին ներառվել է ԵԽԽՎ ապրիլյան նստաշրջանի օրակարգում, շարունակում է ուժի մեջ մնալ նաև Ադրբեջանում ՄԻԵԴ միջանկյալ միջոցների կիրառման վերաբերյալ որոշումը:
2021-ի մայիսի 20-ին Եվրոպական խորհրդարանը 607 անդամների ձայնով ընդունել է հայ գերիների անհապաղ ազատ արձակման և վերադարձի կոչ անող բանաձև:
Միրզոյանը հիշեցրեց ՄԱԿ-ի արդարադատության միջազգային դատարանի 2021-ի դեկտեմբերի 7-ի որոշումները: Դատարանը հրատապ միջոցների կիրառմամբ պարտավորեցրել է Ադրբեջանին կանխել ազգությամբ և էթնիկ հայերին թիրախավորող ռասսայական ատելության և խտրականության հրահրումը և խթանումը, անհրաժեշտ միջոցներ ձեռնարկել կանխելու և պատժելու վանդալիզմի և պղծման գործողությունները՝ ուղղված հայկական մշակութային ժառանգության դեմ:
Նախարարը շեշտեց, որ Ադրբեջանի մշակույթի նախարարի բարձրացրած մոտեցումներն այն մասին, որ պետք է ստեղծել հանձնաժողով, որը պետք է զբաղվի «աղվանական մշակութային կոթողների վերականգնմամբ» հրատապ է դարձնում հատկապես ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ առաքելության գործուղումը ԼՂ: Եվ հայկական կողմն այս ուղղությամբ այժմ բանակցություններ է վարում:
