ԱՄՆ-ը ներկայիս բարդ տնտեսական պայմաններում (ինֆլյացիան կեսդարյա ռեկորդներ է սահմանում, բենզինի գները անասելի բարձրացել են), ըստ ամենայնի, որոշել է աջակցել իր ժողովրդին եւ «գործ տալը» խրախուսող ծրագիր է գործարկել: Այս մասին իր Telegram-ալիքում գրել է ՌԴ ԱԳՆ պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչ Մարիա Զախարովան։

«Վաշինգտոնն իր քաղաքացիներին կոչ է արել ուր հարկն է հայտնել «Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության կառավարության մասնակցությամբ կոռուպցիոն գործողությունների արդյունքում ձեռք բերված բոլոր միջոցների մասին»: Նրանք ֆինանսական պարգեւներ են խոստացել։
