Արցախի Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունը Արցախի նախագահի համապատասխան հանձնարարականի կատարման արդյունքների վերաբերյալ հայտարարություն է տարածել, որը ներկայացնում ենք ստորև․

Ինչպես հաղորդվել էր ավելի վաղ, սույն թվականի մարտի 12-ից սկսած՝ ԱՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունը ուսումնասիրություններ է կատարել արցախա-ադրբեջանական շփման գծի տարբեր հատվածներում վերջին օրերին ձևավորված լարվածության շրջանում տարածված այն տեղեկությունների իսկությունը պարզելու ուղղությամբ, համաձայն որոնց՝ անվտանգությունից ելնելով որոշ բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաներ իրենց ընտանիքները Արցախից տեղափոխել են Հայաստանի Հանրապետություն։

Կատարված ուսումնասիրությունները ցույց են տվել, որ սույն թվականի մարտ ամսվա սկզբներից առ այսօր բարձրաստիճան որևէ պաշտոնատար անձ անվտանգային նկատառումներից ելնելով ժամանակավոր կամ երկարատև բնակության համար ընտանիքը Հայաստանի Հանրապետություն չի տեղափոխել: Պարզվել են բացառիկ մի քանի դեպքեր, երբ բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնատար անձանց ընտանիքի անդամներից մեկը ՀՀ էր մեկնել ուսման, մեկ ուրիշը՝ բուժման, մեկ այլ դեպքում աշխատանքային գործուղման նպատակով, սակայն դրանք որևէ առնչություն չեն ունեցել Արցախի շուրջ ձևավորված լարվածության հետ:

Հատկանշական է, որ պաշտոնատար անձանց կողմից ընտանիքները Արցախից հանելու ենթադրյալ դեպքերի մասին հրապարակումների հիման վրա ուսումնասիրություն սկսելու մասին ԱՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունը նախապես իրազեկել էր հանրությանը, սակայն նույնիսկ դրանից հետո որևէ ֆիզիկական կամ իրավաբանական անձի կողմից ծառայությանը նման բնույթի տեղեկություններ չեն հաղորդել:

Վերոգրյալի հիման վրա՝ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունը կրկին անգամ խնդրում և հորդորում է զերծ մնալ ցանկացած գործողությունից, որը կարող է բերել ներքին պառակտման, հանրության շրջանում անհամերաշխության կամ միմյանց նկատմամբ թշնամության կամ ատելության ձևավորման:
