ԱԺ փոխնախագահ Իշխան Սաղաթելյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է․

«Աշխարհաքաղաքական նոր վերադասավորումների և համաշխարհային նոր ճարտարապետության ձևավորման պայմաններում Հայաստանին ուղղված մարտահրավերներն ավելի են խորանում, որը լի է անորոշություններով և սպառնալիքներով։

Քննարկելով Արցախում ստեղծված իրավիճակը, խորհրդարանական ընդդիմությունը հանդես է գալիս մի քանի հրատապ նախաձեռնություններով.

1. Տեղում իրավիճակին ավելի մանրամասն ծանոթանալու նպատակով մի խումբ պատգամավորներ կայցելեն Արցախ:

2.Առաջիկա ԱԺ քառօրյայի շրջանակներում ընդիմության պահանջով տեղի կունենա հրատապ թեմայով քննարկում՝ Արցախի Հանրապետությունում հումանիտար իրավիճակի, սպառնալիքների և հրատապ անելիքների օրակարգով:

3.Պահանջել ենք հրավիրել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Ազգային ժողովի եւ Արցախի Հանրապետության Ազգային ժողովի միջխորհրդարանական հանձնաժողովի համատեղ նիստ: (Հանձնաժողովը ստեղծման օրվանից մինչև այսօր որևէ նիստ չի գումարել):

4. ԱԺ համապատասխան հանձնաժողովները մեր նախաձեռնությամբ կգումարեն պարենային անվտանգության թեմայով ԱԺ լսումներ:

5. Ընդդիմադիր խմբակցությունների նախաձեռնությամբ տեղի կունենան ԱԺ լսումներ՝ Արցախում տիրող իրավիճակի և բանակցային գործընթացի թեմաներով:

6. Մենք նախաձեռնել ենք նաև Հայաստան-Թուրքիա հարաբերությունների կարգավորման վերբերյալ ԱԺ լսումներ, շուտով շրջանառության մեջ կդրվի հայտարարության տեքստը:

Հարգելի՛ հայրենակիցներ, կարևոր է, որ այս նախաձեռնություններն ստանան լայն հասարակական աջակցություն:

Հայաստանի թուրքացման և Արցախի հայաթափման ծրագիրը, որը նախաձեռնվել է Հայաստանի թշնամիների կողմից և իրականացվում է Հայաստանի ներկա իշխանությունների ձեռքով, կարող ենք կասեցնել միայն համատեղ ուժերով:

Հարկ է ընդգծել, որ չենք սահմանափակվելու միայն խորհրդարանական գործիքակազմով, կլինեն նաև այլ նախաձեռնություններ»:
