Երեկ՝ մարտի 15-ին, վիճաբանություն և կրակոցներ են հնչել Կոտայքի մարզում։ Ժամը 19։00-ի սահմաններում «Սևան» բժշկական կենտրոնից ոստիկանության Հրազդանի բաժին տեղեկություն է փոխանցվել, որ պետ «պոլիտրավմա, ծակած վերք հարցականով և պոռթած հրազենային վերք» ախտորոշմամբ իրենց մոտ է տեղափոխվել մի քաղաքացի։

Shamshyan.com-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ ոստիկանները պարզել են, որ վիրավորը Կոտայքի մարզի բնակիչ՝ 37-ամյա Արգամ Մանուկյանն է։ Ոստիկանները պարզել են նաև, որ նա վնասվածքները ստացել է Կոտայքի մարզի վարչական տարածքում, ինչի մասին էլ տեղեկությունը փոխանցվել է ոստիկանության Հրազդանի բաժին։

Արդեն ՀՀ ոստիկանության քրեական ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության պետի առաջին տեղակալ Արմեն Պետրոսյանի, ոստիկանության Կոտայքի մարզային վարչության պետ Արթուր Զոհրաբյանի, ոստիկանության Հրազդանի բաժնի պետ Ռուբեն Ներսիսյանի գլխավորությամբ ոստիկանները տաք հետքերով պարզել են, որ Ա. Մանուկյանը նշված վնասվածքները ստացել է Երևան-Սևան ավտոճանապարհի 39 կմ-ոմ գտնվող «Նոր տուն» հացատանը։ Մինչ ոստիկանները պարզում էին դեպքի հանգամանքները, այսօր՝ մարտի 16-ին, ժամը 00։40-ի սահմաններում «Հրազդամ» ԲԿ-ից ոստիկանության Հրազդանի բաժին ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ «աջ ձեռնաթաթի հրազենային կույր վիրավորում, աջ ազդրի կտրած վերք, աջ ականջի կտրած վերք» ախտորոշմամբ իրենց մոտ է տեղափոխվել մի քաղաքացի։

Հիվանդանոց մեկնած Հրազդանի ոստիկանները պարզել են, որ վիրավորը Կոտայքի մարզի բնակիչ՝ 28-ամյա Նորայր Սարգսյանն է, ով վնասվածքները ստացել է «Նոր տուն» հացատանը։

Դեպքի վայր են ժամանել նաև Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչության քննիչները՝ ավագ քննիչ Խաչատրյանի գլխավորությամբ, ում կողմից փաստի առթիվ հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քր.օր-ի 258 հոդվածի 4-րդ մասի հատկանիշներով։ Ոստիկանությունն ու քննչական բաժինը ձեռնարկում են անհրաժեշտ օպերատիվ-հետախուզական և քննչական համատեղ գործողություններ՝ դեպքի հանգամանքները պարզելու, կատարողին կամ կատարողներին և հանցագործության գործիք հրազենը հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ։
