Վարդենիս խոշորացված համայնքի ավագանին 14 կողմ, 13 դեմ ձայներով համայնքապետ ընտրեց Ահարոն Խաչատրյանին։ Նրա թեկնածությանը կողմ են եղել «Ահարոն Խաչատրյան» և «Միասնական Վարդենիս» խմբակցությունները:

Ավագանու «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» խմբակցությունը համայնքապետի թեկնածու չառաջադրեց: ՔՊ-ն դեմ քվեարկեց Խաչատրյանի թեկնածությանը և խմբակցության անդամները դուրս եկան դահլիճից։

Նորընտիր քաղաքապետ Ահարոն Խաչատրյանը լրագրողների հետ զրույցում շնորհակալություն հայտնեց իրեն ընտրողներին ու չընտրողներին. «Ոչ մի տարբերություն չկա՝ ով է ինձ ընտրել, ով՝ ոչ։ Բոլորն ինձ համար իմ վարդենիսցիներն են, աշխատելու եմ ամեն ինչ անել ի շահ մեր Վարդենիսի, ի շահ մեր ազգաբնակչության»։

Հիշեցնենք, որ 2021-ի դեկտեմբերի 5-ին Վարդենիսում կայացած ՏԻՄ ընտրություններում ավագանու 27 մանդատներից 13-ն ստացել էր ՔՊ-ն, 10 մանդատ ստացել էր «Ահարոն Խաչատրյան» դաշինքը և 4 մանդատ՝ «Միասնական Վարդենիս»-ը:

Դեկտեմբերի 30-ին համայնքապետարանում տեղի 18 ունեցel ավագանու առաջին նիստը, ոհամայնքի ղեկավար էր ընտրվել Ահարոն Խաչատրյանը։ Ավագանու ՔՊ-ական անդամները հայտարարել էին, որ այդ նիստը տեղի է ունեցել օրենքի խախտումով, իրենք տեղեկացված չեն եղել նիստի մասին: Քպ-ականները դատարան հայց էին ներկայացրել՝ պահանջելով անվավեր ճանաչել դեկտեմբերի 30-ի ավագանու նիստը, որի ընթացքում համայնքի ղեկավար էր ընտրվել Ահարոն Խաչատրյանը։

Վարչական դատարանը փետրվարի 2-ին մասնակի բավարարել էր ավագանու «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» խմբակցության անդամների հայցը և անվավեր ճանաչել որոշումը, որով համայնքի ղեկավար էր ընտրվել Ահարոն Խաչատրյանը։
