«Ժողովուրդ». Թալինում նոր ընտրություններ կլինեն

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է. Թալին խոշորացված համայնքում նույնպես նոր ընտրություններ կնշանակվեն։ «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթին հասած տեղեկությունները հաստատեցին ավագանու թե՛ ընդդիմադիր, թե՛ իշխանական խմբակցությանը մոտ կանգնած լավատեղյակ աղբյուրները։ Դեկտեմբերի 5-ին տեղի ունեցած ընտրություններից հետո ավագանին թեեւ համայնքապետ ընտրել է՝ ՔՊ-ական Տավրոս Սափեյանին, բայց ավագանու որեւէ նիստ մինչ օրս տեղի չի ունեցել։

«Ավագանին որեւէ նիստ չի անցկացրել, ու եթե այսպես շարունակվի, ապա, ըստ օրենքի, նոր ընտրություններ կնշանակվեն հունիսի սկզբին, որովհետեւ ընտրություններից հետո վեցամսյա ժամկետը հունիսին է լրանում,- ասաց մեր զրուցակիցը՝ ավելացնելով։- Իրականում իշխող ՔՊ-ն էլ է հասկանում, որ ավագանու մյուս խմբակցության անդամները տեղի չեն տալու, ու քաղաքն այդպես՝ քաղաքապետով, բայց առանց ղեկավարման է մնալու։ Այդ իսկ պատճառով մտածում են, որ նոր ընտրությունն է միակ ելքը»։

Իշխող ՔՊ-ն, հիշեցնենք, այստեղ նույնպես, ատամներով պահելով, իշխանություն է ձեւավորել։ Թալինի 21-հոգանոց ավագանիում ՔՊ-ն 10 ձայն ուներ, սակայն թեկնածու Տավրոս Սափեյանի օգտին քվեարկել է նաեւ Կարեն Գրիգորյանը «Հայք» խմբակցությունից: Թեեւ ՔՊ-ն, տարբեր մեխնիզմներ բանեցնելով, ավագանուն կարողացել է համոզել կամ ստիպել համայնքապետ ընտրել, բայց ավագանին նիստ գումարել չի կարողանում, քանի որ Սափեյանի օգտին քվեարկած Գրիգորյանը հրաժարվել է մանդատից, իսկ մյուս խմբակցությունների ավագանու անդամներն առ այսօր բոյկոտում են ավագանու նիստի մասնակցել»:
