POLITICSԱրցախում ձյուն է տեղում՝ իսկ ջերմաստիճանը 0 և մինուս ցելսիուս է: Այս մասին հայտնում է ԱՀ պետական նախարար Արտակ Բեգլարյանը։
Արդեն հինգերորդ օրն է, ինչ շուրջ 100,000 բնակիչներ (ընդհանուր բնակչության 80%-ը և գազաֆիկացված բնակչության 100%-ը) ամբողջովին զրկված են գազամատակարարումից, ներառյալ՝ ջեռուցումից ու տաք ջրից:
Եվ այս զրկանքների պատճառը ադրբեջանական կողմի սանձարձակ պահվածքն է, որը թույլ չի տալիս ռուս խաղաղապահներին և մեր մասնագետներին մոտենալ Հայաստանից եկող միակ խողովակաշարին ու վերանորոգել այն: Իսկ խողովակաշարը պայթել է ադրբեջանական կողմի վերահսկողության ներքո:
