Անահիտ Ավանեսյանը՝ իր հրաժարականի մասին
INTERVIEW«Հրապարակ» օրաթերթը զրուցել է Առողջապահության նախարար Անահիտ Ավանեսյանի հետ․
- Ընդդիմությունը պարբերաբար հայտարարում է, որ Հայաստանի կառավարությունը տապալել է քովիդի դեմ պայքարը։ Հիմա Հայաստանը որքանո՞վ է տապալել կամ որքանո՞վ է հաջողել այդ պայքարում։
- Ես կարծում եմ՝ ընդհանրապես նման որակումներ տալը, թե տապալել է կամ հաջողել, թե՛ ժամանակավրեպ է եւ թե՛ անիմաստ, որովհետեւ ես հարց կարող եմ ուղղել՝ իսկ ո՞ր երկիրը հաջողեց կամ՝ իսկ ո՞ր երկիրը տապալեց։ Մենք պետք է ամեն բան համեմատության մեջ նայենք։ Հայաստանն իր համեստ ռեսուրսներով կարողացավ մոբիլիզացնել, կարողացավ ճիշտ կարգավորումներ ժամանակին կիրառել՝ պաշտպանելու մեր քաղաքացիների կյանքը, ապահովեց նրանց ամբողջական բժշկական օգնությամբ, թեստավորումների հնարավորություններով։ Մեր հիվանդանոցները լավագույն կերպով ծառայեցին, որպեսզի մեր պացիենտները, ովքեր որ հիվանդացել են, ստանան լիարժեք բուժում եւ առողջանան։ Էստեղ ամբողջական գնահատականներ, նման որակումներ տալը, կարծում եմ, լրիվ անիմաստ է։
- Ձեր պաշտոնավարման առաջին ամիսներին քովիդի թվերի կտրուկ աճ եղավ, եւ ճգնաժամային իրավիճակ ստեղծվեց։ Այդ ժամանակ Ձեր դեմ քննադատությունների ալիքը մեծ էր, պահանջում էին Ձեր հրաժարականը։ Երբեւէ Ձեր մտքով անցե՞լ է հրաժարական տալ եւ հեռանալ։
- Չէ, իհարկե, նման պաշտոն ստանձնելը շատ լուրջ որոշում է, եւ ես այդ որոշումը կայացրել եմ ու չեմ պատրաստվում ինչ-որ թեթեւ գնահատականների կամ ընդդիմության, կամ այլոց կողմից հնչեցված որակումների պատճառով հրաժարական տալ։
- Այդ «թեթեւ գնահատականները», սակայն, ուղեկցվում էին մարդկային ծանր կորուստներով եւ էմոցիոնալ ֆոն էին ստեղծում։
- Նորից եմ կրկնում՝ այո, ցավոք սրտի, այս համավարակի հետեւանքով ամբողջ աշխարհում գրանցվել է մոտ 6 մլն մահ, եւ դա համավարակի այդ ավերիչ հետեւանքն էր։ Բայց պետք է նայենք, թե ինչպես ենք մենք կարողացել մեր համեստ ռեսուրսներով, մոբիլիզացվելով, մեր բժիշկների, բուժաշխատողների նվիրումով, նաեւ առողջապահական համակարգի շատ կենտրոնացած եւ արագ արձագանքման պայմաններում անել հնարավորինը՝ պաշտպանելու մեր քաղաքացիների առողջությունը»։
