ԱՄՆ-ն արգելեց Ռուսաստան դոլարի արտահանումը, վաճառքը, մատակարարումը
INTERNATIONAL NEWSԱՄՆ նախագահ Ջո Բայդենի հրամանագրով արգելվեց ԱՄՆ դոլարի թղթադրամների արտահանումը, վաճառքը, առաքումը Ռուսաստան, փոխանցում է «ՏԱՍՍ»-ը։
Բայդենը հայտարարել է նաև, որ ԱՄՆ-ը չի պատրաստվում Ուկրաինայում ռազմական գործողություններ սկսել Ռուսաստանի դեմ, սակայն անհրաժեշտության դեպքում կպաշտպանի ՆԱՏՕ-ի դաշնակիցների տարածքը։
«Մենք չենք պատերազմելու Ռուսաստանի դեմ Ուկրաինայում: ՆԱՏՕ-ի և Ռուսաստանի ուղիղ առճակատումը երրորդ համաշխարհային պատերազմն է, և մենք չպետք է սկսենք այն։ Մենք կշարունակենք կանգնել դաշնակիցների կողքին Եվրոպայում՝ հղելով հստակ ուղերձ. մենք կպաշտպանենք ՆԱՏՕ-ի տարածքի յուրաքանչյուր թիզն ամբողջ ուժով՝ միասնական և ցուցադրելով ՆԱՏՕ-ի նոր էներգիան», – ասել է Բայդենը։
Նա նշել է, որ Ռուսաստանը թանկ կվճարի, եթե քիմիական զենք օգտագործի։
Բայդենը նաև նշել է, որ ԱՄՆ-ն օգնում է Վաշինգտոնի արտաքին դաշնակիցներին և գործընկերներին Ուկրաինային զենքի և ռազմական տեխնիկայի զգալի մատակարարումներով։
Նա հիշեցրել է, որ անցած տարվա ընթացքում Վաշինգտոնը Կիևին տրամադրել է ավելի քան 1 միլիարդ դոլարի ռազմական օգնություն՝ «ներառյալ հակաօդային պաշտպանության համակարգերը և հակատանկային զենքերը, որոնք ոչնչացնում են տանկեր, ինքնաթիռներ և ուղղաթիռներ»։
«Եվ նոր առաքումներ են հասնում ամեն օր»,-ասել է Բայդենը:
