«Հրապարակ» թերթը գրում է. «Չնայած Արցախի ՏԿԵ նախարար Հայկ Խանումյանի անվան հետ կապվող քրեական գործը շարունակում է քննվել, անցած շաբաթ էլ ԱՀ ԱԱԾ-ն հաղորդեց, որ գործի շրջանակներում 9 քրեական գործ է հարուցվել, սակայն Խանումյանն ավելի է ամրապնդել իր դիրքերը՝ տարբեր պաշտոնների նշանակելով յուրայիններին։ Փետրվարի 7-ին նա, առանց իրավական հիմքի, ազատել է «Ստեփանակերտի օդանավակայան» փակ բաժնետիրական ընկերության գործադիր տնօրեն Մարատ Հակոբյանին, ով դատական կարգով որոշել է վերականգնվել իր աշխատանքում:

Դրանից առաջ էլ ազատել էր «Արցախ-անտառի» տնօրենին: Արցախի մեր աղբյուրներն ասում են, որ Խանումյանի թիկունքը ՀՀ իշխանություններն են՝ ի դեմս Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի, որը սորոսական փայատերերի պահանջով է Խանումյանին դրել այդ պաշտոնում:

Հիշեցնենք, որ քրեական գործը վերաբերում է արցախցի տեղահանվածներին, ըստ մեղադրանքի՝ կեղծ տվյալներ ներկայացնելով, Արցախի մի հյուրանոց պետությունից հափշտակել է 19,5 մլն դրամ գումար։ Դա բնակարանից զրկված անձանց համար նախատեսված փոխհատուցումներն են։ Մենք գրել էինք, որ խոսքը «Սոֆիա» հյուրանոցի մասին է, բայց խնդիրը ոչ թե հյուրանոցն է, այլ տեղահանվածների խնդրով զբաղվող ԱՀ տարածքային կառավարման նախարարությունը, քանի որ նա է իրականացնում վերահսկողությունը եւ որոշում շահառուների շրջանակը, ոչ մի հյուրանոց չի կարող տվյալներ կեղծել»:
