«Messier Group»-ի նախագահ Մհեր Ավետիսյանը հայտնել է իր տեսակետը Մոսկվայի փոխքաղաքապետի հարցազրույցի վերաբերյալ

Մոսկվայի քաղաքաշինության և շինարարության գծով փոխքաղաքապետ Անդրեյ Բոչկարյովը նշել է, որ մայրաքաղաքում տարբեր նպատակներով անշարժ գույքի կառուցման մեջ ներդրումների նկատմամբ հետաքրքրությունը մնում է բարձր մակարդակի վրա, հայտնում է The Rambler-ը։

«Մոսկվայում շինարարության մեջ ներդրումների նկատմամբ հետաքրքրությունը, որն ավանդաբար հանդիսանում է տնտեսական աճի շարժիչ ուժը, մնում է բարձր մակարդակի վրա: 2022 թվականի սկզբից մայրաքաղաքում տրվել է 82 անշարժ գույքի շինթույլտվություն՝  2,4 մլն քառ․ մ․ մակերեսով։ Ներդրողների հետաքրքրությունն ուղղված է կոմերցիոն անշարժ գույքի, բնակարանային շինարարության, տեխնոլոգիական պարկերի և ենթակառուցվածքների վրա»,- ասել է Բոչկարյովը։ Նա նաև նշել է Մոսկվայի շինանյութերի շուկայի ինքնավարության բարձր աստիճանի մասին։ Ինչպես հիշել է Բոչկարյովը, ՌԴ մայրաքաղաքի մարզն ունի իր գործարաններն ու լաբորատորիաները։

«Վերանորոգման ծրագրի շրջանակներում նույնպես մենք առաջնորդվում ենք «խելացի քանդման» սկզբունքով՝ շենքերը ապամոնտաժելուց հետո նյութերը վերամշակվում են և օգտագործվում այլ օբյեկտների կառուցման համար»,- ասել է Մոսկվայի փոխքաղաքապետը։

Իր հերթին «Krost» կոնցեռնը նշել է, որ կոնցեռնի արտադրած նյութերի 75%-ն օգտագործվում է Մոսկվայի և Մոսկվայի շրջանի կառուցապատողների կողմից։

««Krost» տեխնոպարկի բնակիչներն այսօր արտադրում են տարբեր օբյեկտների կառուցման համար անհրաժեշտ նյութերի գրեթե ողջ տեսականին՝ սկսած երկաթբետոնից, արդյունաբերական ճակատներից, սալահատակներից և վերջացրած` նորարարական նյութերով։ Կոնցեռնի արդյունաբերական համալիրը ներառում է 21 գործարան և գիտահետազոտական ​​լաբորատորիաներ, որոնք բավարարում են մերձմոսկովյան կառուցապատողների պահանջարկը»,- ​​ասել է կոնցեռնի գլխավոր տնօրեն Ալեքսեյ Դոբաշինը։

«RG-Development» ընկերությունը հայտնել է, որ միայն Օկտյաբրսկոյե Պոլե արդյունաբերական գոտու կառուցման համար կներդրվի ավելի քան 14 միլիարդ ռուբլի։

«RG-Development»-ը մի քանի ծրագրեր է իրականացնում նախկին արդյունաբերական գոտիների վերակազմավորման համար։ Մեր առաջատար նախագծով՝ նախատեսվում է Օկտյաբրսկի բևեռի վերակառուցումը, դպրոցի, երկու մանկապարտեզի, կլինիկայի և ութ բնակելի շենքերի կառուցումը: Մենք նաև ծրագրում ենք բնակելի համալիրների կառուցում Սոկոլինյա Գորա և Սավելովսկի թաղամասերում, մասնակցում ենք Ռիգայի բեռնափոխադրումների բակի տարածքում քաղաքային կլաստերի կառուցմանը», - ասել է ընկերության սեփականատեր Սերգեյ Շումեյը:

Իր հերթին, «Messier Group»-ի նախագահ Մհեր Ավետիսյանը նշել է, որ անշարժ գույքը մայրաքաղաքում կմնա ներդրումների առումով ամենագրավիչ գործիքներից մեկը։

«Այժմ բարենպաստ իրավիճակ է ստեղծվել ռուսական շուկա մուտք գործելու համար՝ հատկապես այն խաղացողների, ովքեր ամուր կապված չեն բանկային կապիտալի հետ։ Հոլդինգը ներկայումս ձևավորում է իր սեփական ներդրումային հարթակը: Մեր նպատակն է հավաքել պորտֆել, որտեղ ներառված կլինեն 3 միլիոն քառ․ մ․ շինարարական նախագծեր, և ստեղծել ստորաբաժանում, որը կարող է մինչև 2025 թվականը տարեկան շահագործման հանձնել շուրջ 300 հազար քառ․ մ․ անշարժ գույք»,- ասել է նա։

Նրա խոսքով՝ «Messier Group»-ը իրավունք է ստացել կառուցել երեք տրանսֆերային հանգույցներ՝ 100,000 քառ. մ․ տրամագծով։ Ներդրումների ծավալը կկազմի մոտ 12 մլրդ ռուբլի։

Ավելի վաղ Մոսկվայի քաղաքապետ Սերգեյ Սոբյանինը հայտարարել էր, որ մայրաքաղաքի շինարարական ոլորտը 95%-ով անկախ է արտաքին շուկայից։
