Ադրբեջանի չզսպվող ախորժակը. «Ժողովուրդ»

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է. Գաղտնիք չէ, որ դեռ արցախյան առաջին պատերազմից հետո Ադրբեջանը լցված էր բանակը հարստացնելու եւ սպառազինությունների ձեռքբերման գործին։ Եւ պարզվում է՝ 2020 թվականին տեղի ունեցած 44-օրյա ավերիչ պատերազմից հետո էլ Ադրբեջանի գերնպատակը շարունակում է զինված ուժերի միջոցների ավելացումը մնալ: Ադրբեջանում հրապարակել են 2021 թվականի ընթացքում պաշտպանության եւ ազգային անվտանգության համար ծախսված գումարը:
«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը ադրբեջանական բաց աղբյուրներից տեղեկացավ, որ, ըստ այդ փաստաթղթի, Ադրբեջանը 2021 թվականի ընթացքում ծախսել է պաշտպանության եւ ազգային անվտանգության համար նախատեսված գումարի 99.2 տոկոսը, որը 20.9 տոկոսով գերազանցել է 2020 թվականի ցուցանիշը:
Իսկ ի՞նչ իրավիճակ է Հայաստանում 2020 թվականի 44-օրյա պատերազմից հետո: 2021 թվականի ՀՀ բյուջեի նախագծի տվյալների համաձայն՝ ծրագրված էր պաշտպանության ոլորտին (մեծամասամբ՝ ռազմական պաշտպանությանը) հատկացնել բյուջեի ծախսերի 16.9%-ը: Աճը կազմում է 1.3%: Նշենք, որ Հայաստանի ռազմական ծախսերը 2022-ի բյուջեով աճելու են մոտ 11 տոկոսով:
Իսկ Ադրբեջանը շարունակում է առավել մեծ ծախսեր անել ու էլի ավելացնել ռազմական ծախսերի չափաբաժինը: Ադրբեջանը ծախսերն ավելացրել է 20.9 տոկոսով ՝ ՀՀ-ից կրկնակի շատ։ Ահաբեկչական այդ երկրի ախորժակը որեւէ կերպ չի նվազում:
