INTERNATIONAL NEWSՌուս-ուկրաինական բանակցությունների չորրորդ փուլը Բելառուսի տարածքում առաջիկա օրերին տեղի կունենա։ Այս մասին բանակցությունների երրորդ փուլի ավարտից հետո լրագրողներին ասել է ռուսական պատվիրակության անդամ, Պետդումայի միջազգային հարաբերությունների հանձնաժողովի ղեկավար Լեոնիդ Սլուցկին, փոխանցում է ՏԱՍՍ-ը։
Նրա խոսքով՝ միամտություն կլիներ ենթադրել, որ այսօր ինչ-որ բան կստորագրվի, դրանք ծավալուն նյութեր են։ «Անշուշտ, առաջիկայում այդ փաստաթղթերի վրա աշխատանքները կշարունակվեն։ Այսպիսով, հաջորդ՝ չորրորդ փուլը կկայանա Բելառուսի տարածքում՝ ամենամոտ ժամանակներս»,- ասել է Սլուցկին։ Նա հավելել է, որ չի կարող ստույգ ժամկետ նշել, սակայն «այն մոտ ժամանակներս կորոշվի»։
«Եկեք մեզ չմխիթարենք պատրանքներով, թե հաջորդ քայլին, մյուս քայլին, վերջնական արդյունքի կհասնենք։ Դա բավականին ծանր եւ հետեւողական աշխատանք կլինի»,- հավելել է պատգամավորը։ Նա նշել է, որ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության եւ Ուկրաինայի միջեւ բանակցությունները լուրջ առաջընթաց են ապրում եւ ամենակարճ ժամկետում կշարունակվեն։
Ռուսաստանի եւ Ուկրաինայի պատվիրակությունները քննարկել են մարդասիրական միջանցքներով պատերազմի գոտուց մարդկանց դուրս բերելու հնարավորությունը, Ռուսաստանը հուսով է, որ խաղաղ բնակիչներին տարհանելու հաջորդ փորձերն ավելի հաջող կլինեն, ասել է նա։ «Մենք այսօր քննարկել ենք կոնկրետ ուղղություններ՝ աշխարհագրական անուններով եւ մանրամասներով: Հուսով ենք, որ մարդկանց դուրս բերելու հաջորդ փորձերը կարվեն ամենակարճ ժամկետում եւ հաջող կլինեն»,- ասել է Սլուցկին։
Նրա կարծիքով՝ Կիեւի կողմից զինված «ֆաշիստացած մարդիկ» իշխանություններից անկախ են գործում։
