Հայաստանը ճիշտ է դիրքավորվել, բայց պետք է կարղանանք արագ կողմնորոշվե․ Ռազմական փորձագետ

«Դժվար ու բարդ ժամանակաշրջան ենք ապրում։ Կարծում եմ Հայաստանը ճիշտ է դիրքավորվել, բայց միևնույն է պետք է կարղանանք արագ կողմնորոշվել և գործել ի օգուտ մեզ:
Այս օրերին ՀՀ են ժամանամում մեծաթիվ ՌԴ քաղաքացիներ, պետք է կարողանանք իրենց հետ ճիշտ աշխատել։ Մեր մեջից հանենք առևտրականի հոգեբանությունն ու փորձենք անել այնպես, որ նրանք մտածեն իրենց բիզնեսը, կապիտալը տեղափոխել ՀՀ։ Որպես կանոն պատերազմների հետևանքներից կարող են օգուտներ և վնասներ կրել տարբեր երկրներ, որոնք ոչ մի կերպ առնչություն չունեն ակտիվ ռազմական գործողություններին։
Այն երկրներ, որտեղ հայտնվում են ռազմական գոտուց տարհանված, դուրս եկած, կամ փախած մարդիկ՝ փախստականները, որպես կանոն մեծ վնասներ են կրում։ Իսկ այն երկրները, որտեղ հայտնվում են մարդիկ, ովքեր իրենց կապիտալով, իրենց աշխատուժով և ընդհանրապես իրենց գործունեությամբ կարող են տվյալ պետությանը օգուտ տալ, շահեկան վիճակում են հայտնվում։
Հիմա եվրոպական երկրները հայտնվել են փախստականների կիզակետում , որը այդ երկրներին բերում է լրացուցիչ ֆինանսական և տնտեսական խնդիրներ։ Մեր երկրի դեպքում բոլորովին հակառակ պատկերն է։ Մեր երկիր են ժամանամում մեծաթիվ օտարերկյա քաղաքացիներ, ովքեր երկիր են մտնում, ոչ թե մեր պետության հաշվին ապրելու, այլ պարզապես մեր պետության անվտանգության երաշխիքների հաշվին տեղում ֆինանսատնտեսական գործունեություն ծավալելու համար։ Մենք այս շրջանում պարտավոր ենք շատ շուտ կողմնորոշվենք, ստեղծենք գայթակղիչ պայմաններ, որ ժամանակավորապես եկածները իրենց երկարաժամկետ ծրագրերը կառուցեն հենց մեր երկրում»:
