ՀՀ ՄԻՊ-ն այցելել է Արցախ
POLITICSՄարտի 4-ին ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտոնում առաջին աշխատանքային այցս ՀՀ սահմաններից դուրս կատարեցի դեպի Արցախ: Այս մասին տեղեկացնում է ՀՀ ՄԻՊ Քրիստինե Գրիգորյանը։
«Այցի ընթացքում հանդիպումներ եմ ունեցել Արցախի պաշտոնյաների հետ, հանդիպել եմ սահմանամերձ գյուղի բնակիչների ու տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմինների պատասխանատուների, ծանոթացել նրանց խնդիրներին, այցելել եմ տեղահանված արցախահայության ժամանակավոր բնակության վայր, զրուցել բնակիչների հետ, ծանոթացել նրանց կարիքներին:
Հանդիպումներս սկսեցի արցախյան գործընկերոջս գրասենյակում: Արցախի մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Գեղամ Ստեփանյանի հետ և մեր աշխատակազմերի մասնակցությամբ մանրամասն քննարկեցինք և նախանշեցինք առաջիկա համագործակցության երեք կարևոր ուղղությունները. Հայաստանում հաստատված տեղահանված արցախահայության, ներառյալ ազատազրկված անձանց իրավունքների պաշտպանությունը, ադրբեջանական իշխանությունների հայատյացության քաղաքականության փաստերի հավաքագրումն ու միջազգային իրավասու մարմիններին ներկայացումը, ինչպես նաև Արցախի Պաշտպանի հաստատության ինստիտուցիոնալ զարգացմանը նպաստելը՝ տարբեր մեխանիզմներով:
Պարոն Ստեփանյանի հետ հայտնել ենք փոխադարձ հանձնառություն՝ շարունակելու հաստատությունների՝ արդեն ավանդույթ դարձած սերտ համագործակցությունը:
Աշխատանքային այցի ընթացքում ջերմ ընդունելության եմ արժանացել Արցախի Հանրապետության նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանի կողմից։ Հանդիպման ընթացքում քննարկել ենք մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության ոլորտում Հայաստանի և Արցախի պաշտպանների փոխհամագործակցությանը վերաբերող մի շարք հարցեր:
Այնուհետև հանդիպել եմ Ազգային ժողովի նախագահի տեղակալ Գագիկ Բաղունցի հետ: Հանդիպման ընթացքում անդրադարձել ենք պաշտպանի հաստատությունների առջև դրված մարտահրավերներին ու հնարավորություններին առնչվող հարցերին, ապա հանդիպումը շարունակել ենք ընդլայնված կազմով՝ խորհրդարանի խմբակցությունների ղեկավարների և մշտական հանձնաժողովների նախագահների մասնակցությամբ՝ ունեցել մտքերի խիստ օգտակար փոխանակում»,-գրել է նա։
