ԱՄՆ-ն ուղիներ է որոնում ռուսական նավթից կախվածությունը նվազեցնելու համար. Սպիտակ տուն
INTERNATIONAL NEWSՄիացյալ Նահանգներն ուղիներ է որոնում ռուսական նավթի սպառումը նվազեցնելու համար՝ միաժամանակ խուսափելով էներգակիրների համաշխարհային մատակարարումների ընդհատումներից։ Այս մասին չորեքշաբթի CNN հեռուստաընկերության եթերում ասել է Սպիտակ տան Ազգային տնտեսական խորհրդի փոխտնօրեն Դուլիփ Սինգհը։
«Մենք հնարավորություններ ենք փնտրում՝ նվազեցնելու ԱՄՆ-ի կողմից ռուսական նավթի սպառումը, միաժամանակ աջակցելով էներգակիրների համաշխարհային մատակարարմանը»,- ասել է նա։
Ըստ Սինգհի՝ աշխարհում նավթի մատակարարումների կրճատումը «միայն կբարձրացնի (բենզինի) գինն ամերիկյան բենզալցակայաններում և կնպաստի Պուտինի եկամուտների աճին»։ Սինգհն ընդգծել է, որ ԱՄՆ իշխանությունների նպատակն է «նվազեցնել Ռուսաստանի՝ որպես էներգակիրների առաջատար մատակարարի կարգավիճակը»։
Հիշեցնենք, որ հանրապետական սենատորներն ԱՄՆ Կոնգրես են ներկայացրել օրինագիծ, որն ԱՄՆ-ին արգելում է ռուսական նավթ գնել։ Այս մասին երեքշաբթի հայտնել էր նախաձեռնության հեղինակ, սենատոր Ռոջեր Մարշալի (Կանզասից) մամուլի ծառայությունը։
«Նախևառաջ նախագահ Բայդենը պետք է վերսկսի ԱՄՆ-ում էներգառեսուրսների արտադրությունը և դադարեցնի Ուկրաինայի դեմ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի պատերազմի ֆինանսավորումը՝ շարունակելով հում նավթ գնել Ռուսաստանից», - ասել էր Մարշալը։
Երեքշաբթի ավելի վաղ սենատոր Էդ Մարկին հայտարարել էր, որ մտադիր է Կոնգրես ներկայացնել օրինագիծ՝ արգելելու Ռուսաստանից նավթամթերքի ներմուծումն ԱՄՆ։ Նրա նախաձեռնության բացատրական գրության մեջ նշվում էր, որ «2021 թվականին Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունն ԱՄՆ նավթի արտահանման ծավալներով դարձել է երկրորդ երկիրը»։
Ինչպես երկուշաբթի կայացած ճեպազրույցում նշել է Սպիտակ տան մամուլի քարտուղար Ջեն Փսակին, ԱՄՆ իշխանությունները գիտակցում են, որ Ռուսաստանի էներգետիկ ոլորտի դեմ պատժամիջոցների կիրառումը կարող է հանգեցնել համաշխարհային շուկաների ապակայունացմանը, սակայն նման միջոցները չեն բացառվում։
Հիշեցնենք, որ փետրվարի 24-ի առավոտյան ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը հայտարարել էր Ուկրաինայի ապառազմականացման համար հատուկ ռազմական գործողություն սկսելու մասին։
Հեռուստաուղերձում նա ասել էր, որ հանգամանքները «մեզնից պահանջում են վճռական և անհապաղ գործողություններ, Դոնբասի ժողովրդական հանրապետությունները օգնության խնդրանքով դիմել են Ռուսաստանին»։
Ռուսաստանի ղեկավարի խոսքով, արյունահեղության ողջ պատասխանատվությունը կլինի Ուկրաինայում իշխող ռեժիմի խղճի վրա։ Նա ուկրաինացի զինվորականներին կոչ է արել չկատարել ուկրաինական իշխանությունների հանցավոր հրամանները, վայր դնել զենքերն ու գնալ տուն։
