«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է. Նորընտիր իշխանությունները հաճախ ներկայացնում են տվյալներ եւ փորձում ցույց տալ, թե իրենք ձեռքբերումներ են ունեցել, սակայն հաճախ դրանք լինում են նախկին իշխանությունների՝ ՀՀԿ-ի ժամանակ ունեցած ձեռքբերումներ, որոնք վերագրվում են ՔՊ-ին:

Մարտի 1-ին ԱԺ «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցության քարտուղար Հայկ Մամիջանյանը հայտարարեց, թե Հանրապետական կուսակցության իշխանության տարիներին կենսաթոշակները, աշխատավարձերը, ՀՆԱ-ն եւ բյուջեի մուտքերը մի քանի անգամ ավելացել են։ «ՀՀԿ-ի կառավարման տարիներին ՀՆԱ-ն աճել է 210%-ով, մեկ շնչին ընկնող ՀՆԱ-ն՝ շուրջ 2 անգամ, էլի համարյա 200%, նվազագույն աշխատավարձը՝ 3.6 անգամ, միջին աշխատավարձը համարյա 3 անգամ է աճել, միջին կենսաթոշակը՝ 3.6 անգամ, եւ պետական բյուջեի մուտքերն աճել են 2.3 անգամ»,- նշեց նա։

Ի պատասխան Մամիջանյանի այս հայտարարության՝ «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» խմբակցության պատգամավոր, նախկին ՀՀԿ-ական Գեւորգ Պապոյանը հայտարարեց, որ Մամիջանյանի հնչեցրած պնդումները չափազանցված են։ «2009 թվականին նվազագույն աշխատավարձը 30 հազար դրամ էր, իսկ իշխանությունը հանձնելու պահին (2018-ի ապրիլին – խմբ.)՝ 55 հազար էր, հետեւաբար տարբերությունը 1.8 անգամ է, ոչ թե 3.6 անգամ, այսինքն՝ Էստեղ ակնհայտորեն սխալ տվյալ եք ներկայացրել։ Նույնը վերաբերում է, օրինակ, միջին աշխատավարձին։ Ասում եք՝ 3.6 անգամ եք ավելացրել։ Նայում ենք վիճակագրությունը, տեսնում ենք՝ 96 հազարից դարձել է 172 հազար եւ ավելացել է ընդամենը 1.8 անգամ։ Այսինքն` նորից 2 անգամ վիճակագրությունը կեղծված եք ներկայացնում»,- հայտարարեց Պապոյանը։

Մինչդեռ, ըստ Վիճակագրական կոմիտեի տվյալների, միջին կենսաթոշակը 2000 թվականին կազմել է 4500 դրամ, 2006-ին՝ 10 900 դրամ, 2008-ին՝ 21,400 դրամ, իսկ 2009-ին՝ 24,500 դրամ: 2018-ին, երբ տեղի ունեցավ իշխանափոխություն, միջին կենսաթոշակի չափը կազմում էր 40,500 դրամ։ Սա նշանակում է, որ միջին կենսաթոշակը, 2000-ի համեմատ, աճել է 9 անգամ, 2006-ի համեմատ՝ 3.7, 2008-ի համեմատ՝ 1.9, եւ 2009-ի համեմատ՝ 1.7 անգամ։ Ինչ վերաբերում է պետական բյուջեի մուտքերին, ապա 2000 թվականին այն կազմում էր 172 մլրդ, 2006-ին՝ 441 մլրդ, 2008-ին՝ 785, իսկ 2009-ին՝ 690 մլրդ։ 2018-ին Հայաստանի բյուջեն կազմում էր արդեն 1342 մլրդ, ինչը, 2000-ի համեմատ, ավել է 7.8 անգամ, 2006-ի համեմատ՝ 3 անգամ, իսկ 2008-ի եւ 2009-ի համեմատ՝ համապատասխանաբար 1.7 եւ 1.9 անգամ։

Այսպիսով, եթե ընդունենք, որ Հանրապետական կուսակցության ղեկավարման տարիները սկսվել են Սերժ Սարգսյանի՝ վարչապետ նշանակվելու տարեթվից, ապա Մամիջանյանի կողմից հնչեցված թվերը համապատասխանում են իրականությանը, իսկ նախկին ՀՀԿ-ական, այսօր ՔՊ-ական Պապոյանը մանիպուլացնում էր թվերը:
