«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
Օրեր առաջ, հղում տալով մեր դիվանագիտական աղբյուրներին, տեղեկացրել էինք, որ ներկայիս իշխանությունները ցանկանում են վերականգնել Հունգարիայի հետ դիվանագիտական հարաբերությունները, որոնք կասեցվել էին 2012 թ. օգոստոսի 31-ին՝ այն բանից հետո, երբ Բուդապեշտում հայ սպա Գուրգեն Մարգարյանին կացնահարելու համար Հունգարիայի դատարանի կողմից ցմահ ազատազրկման դատապարտված ադրբեջանցի սպա Ռամիլ Սաֆարովը էքստրադիցիայի էր ենթարկվել Ադրբեջան և անմիջապես ներում ստացել Իլհամ Ալիևի կողմից: Մենք նաև տեղեկացրել էինք, որ դիվանագիտական հարաբերությունները վերականգնելու նախաձեռնությունը Հայաստանի իշխանություններինն է:
«Փաստ» թերթը գրավոր հարցում էր ուղարկել Հայաստանի արտաքին գործերի նախարարություն՝ խնդրելով պատասխանել՝ արդյո՞ք Հայաստանը պատրաստվում է վերականգնել դիվանագիտական հարաբերությունները Հունգարիայի հետ, և եթե այո, ապա ինչո՞վ է պայմանավորված նման որոշումը: Արտգործնախարարությունը փաստացի չի հերքել մեր տեղեկությունները՝ հրաժարվելով որևէ տեղեկություն տալ այդ թեմայով:
«Ի պատասխան Ձեր հարցման՝ հայտնում ենք, որ Ձեր կողմից հայցվող տեղեկությունները չեն կարող տրամադրվել՝ համաձայն «ՀՀ ԱԳՆ համակարգի գաղտնագրման ենթակա տեղեկությունների ընդլայնված ցանկը հաստատելու մասին» ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարարի 2017 թ. հունիսի 16-ի թիվ 1002-Ն հրամանի հավելվածի 2-րդ կետի։ Միաժամանակ տեղեկացնում ենք, որ նման գործընթացների վերաբերյալ հրապարակային նոր տեղեկությունների առկայության դեպքում հանրությունը պատշաճ ձևով իրազեկվում է»,- նշված է ԱԳՆ պատասխանի մեջ:
