Բայդենը, Պուտինի հայտարարությունների ֆոնին, անդրադարձել է միջուկային պատերազմի հավանականությանը
INTERNATIONAL NEWSԱՄՆ նախագահ Ջո Բայդենը հայտարարել է, որ ամերիկացիները չպետք է անհանգստանան հնարավոր միջուկային պատերազմի համար՝ ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի՝ ռազմավարական ուժերը «հատուկ» պատրաստության վիճակի բերելու վերաբերյալ հայտարարությունների ֆոնին։
Ինչպես գրում է Reuters-ը, երկուշաբթի լրագրողները Սպիտակ տան ղեկավարին հարցրել են, թե արդյոք ամերիկացիները պետք է վախենան միջուկային պատերազմից։
«Ո՛չ»,- պատասխանել է ԱՄՆ նախագահը։
Միաժամանակ Պենտագոնի խոսնակ Ջոն Քիրբին ասել է, որ ԱՄՆ-ն «դիտարկում և վերլուծում է» Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության նախագահի հայտարարությունը։
Նախօրեին ՌԴ պաշտպանության նախարար Սերգեյ Շոյգուն նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինին զեկուցել է, որ նրա հրամանի համաձայն՝ Ռազմավարական նշանակության հրթիռային զորքերի կառավարման կետերի, Հյուսիսային և Խաղաղօվկիանոսյան նավատորմերի, ինչպես նաև հեռահար ավիացիայի հրամանատարության հերթապահները սկսել են ուժեղացված անձնակազմով մարտական հերթապահություն իրականացնել:
Փետրվարի 27-ին Ռուսաստանի բանակը Պուտինի հրամանով բերվել է ծառայության հատուկ ռեժիմի: Պուտինի խոսքով՝ այդ որոշումը կայացվել է՝ հաշվի առնելով Ռուսաստանի հասցեին Արևմուտքի ագրեսիվ հայտարարությունները:
«ՆԱՏՕ-ի առաջատար պետությունների բարձրագույն պաշտոնատար անձինք ագրեսիվ հայտարարություններ են հնչեցնում մեր երկրի հասցեին: Հրամայում եմ պաշտպանության նախարարին և Զինված ուժերի գլխավոր շտաբի պետին ռուսաստանյան բանակի միջուկային (զսպիչ) ուժերում հայտարարել մարտական հերթապահության հատուկ ռեժիմ»,- ասել է Պուտինը պաշտպանության նախարար Սերգեյ Շոյգուի և գլխավոր շտաբի պետ Վալերի Գերասիմովի հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ:
Հիշեցնենք, որ փետրվարի 24-ի առավոտյան ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը հայտարարել էր Ուկրաինայի ապառազմականացման համար հատուկ ռազմական գործողություն սկսելու մասին։
Հեռուստաուղերձում նա ասել էր, որ հանգամանքները «մեզնից պահանջում են վճռական և անհապաղ գործողություններ, Դոնբասի ժողովրդական հանրապետությունները օգնության խնդրանքով դիմել են Ռուսաստանին»։
Ռուսաստանի ղեկավարի խոսքով, արյունահեղության ողջ պատասխանատվությունը կլինի Ուկրաինայում իշխող ռեժիմի խղճի վրա։ Նա ուկրաինացի զինվորականներին կոչ է արել չկատարել ուկրաինական իշխանությունների հանցավոր հրամանները, վայր դնել զենքերն ու գնալ տուն։
