Ռուսական ռուբլին արևմտյան սահմանափակումների հետևանքով գահավիժում է: Հայաստանում Rate.am կայքի տվյալներով՝ ռուբլու առքի նվազագույն գինը 2.50 դրամ է, վաճառքինը՝ 5.30 դրամ:

Հարցին, թե ռուբլու տատանումը ինչ հետևանք կունենա ՀՀ տնտեսության վրա` տնտեսագետն ասաց. «Բացասական։ Ռուսաստանը մեր թիվ մեկ առևտրային գործընկերն է և մենք մեր արտահանումների մեծ մասը ուղարկում ենք դեպի Ռուսաստան։ Արտահանման էֆեկտի նման նաև դա ազդում է դրսից եկող տրանսֆերների ներհոսքի վրա։ Մենք ունենք բավականին շատ արտագնա աշխատանքի մեկնածներ, ում ընտանիքը այստեղ Ռուսաստանից ուղղարկված գումարով է ապրում։ Այդ ամենը կրճատվում է ինչի արդյունքում կրճատվում է նաև սպառումը։ Իսկ դա բավականին բացասական էֆեկտի է հասցնելու, այսինքն սպառումը կրճատվելու է և նախատեսված տնտեսական աճը կամ վերականգնումը կարող է չարձանագրվել։ Իհարկե որոշակի դրական կողմեր էլ ունի ներդրումների մասով, որտեղ գնանկում տեղի կունենա։ Իսկ ամենակարևոր բացասական ազդեցությունը անորոշությունն է, քանի որ աշխարհը չգիտի ուր է գնում ի ամեն ինչ անկանխատեսելի է, այդ անորոշությունը կարող է հանգեցնել ծախսերի ավելի կրավորական դիրք ընդունման ինչի արդյունքում ունենալու ենք բացասական հետևանքներ, իսկ եթե ավելի արագաշարժ գտնվենք, կարող ենք նաև դրական օգուտներ քաղել։ Դրական օգուտներից մեկն այն է, որ եթե մենք ավելի ճիշտ աշխատենք, կարող ենք Եվրոպայից դեպի Ռուսաստան ներմուծում և արտահանումները կազմակերպել Հայաստանի միջոցով։ Միջնորդ կազմակերպությունները կարող են ներմուծում և արտահանումը կազմակերպել Հայաստանի միջով, ինչից կարող ենք դրական օգուտներ ստանալ։ Բայց ամեն դեպքում այս անորոշ վիճակը բացասական է, քանի որ եթե փորձենք երկար ժամանակ Հայաստանի միջով կազմակերպել հնարավոր է և նույն բախտին արժանանանք։ Այստեղ կարող է նաև ազդել ֆինանսական համակարգը, եթե դա էլ վերահսկողությունից դուրս եկավ ապա կունենանք բավականին լուրջ խնդիրներ բայց դա հիմա դժվար է գնահատել։ Հիմա հեշտ կարող ենք գնահատել այն, որ ունենալու ենք արտահանման ծավալների կրճատում, քանի որ այնտեղ սպառման ծավալները ևս կրճատվելու են։ Միակ դրանակ օգուտը ներմուծումներից կարող ենք ստանալ իսկ այն կանխատեսումները, որ ասեցի այս պահին անորոշ է»։
