POLITICSՈւկրաինայի վարչապետ Դենիս Շմիհալը փետրվարի 28-ին ասել է, որ Ուկրաինան հատուկ ընթացակարգով դիմում է ԵՄ-ին անդամակցելու համար։
«Ուկրաինացիները վաղուց ապացուցել են, որ մենք բոլորս եվրոպական հանրության անբաժանելի մասն ենք: Ժամանակն է դա թղթով ամրագրել: Ուկրաինան հատուկ ընթացակարգով դիմում է ԵՄ անդամակցության համար»,- գրել է նա Telegram-ում:
Շմիգալը նշել է, որ Սլովակիայի վարչապետ Էդուարդ Գեգերն առաջարկել է Ուկրաինային ընդունել ԵՄ նոր հատուկ ընթացակարգով:
Ավելի վաղ հաղորդվել էր, որ Ուկրաինան կոչ է արել Եվրամիությանը՝ անհապաղ իրեն ընդունել ԵՄ-ի կազմ, երկուշաբթի առավոտյան տեսաուղերձով հայտարարել Է երկրի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Զելենսկին:
«Մենք Եվրամիությանն ենք դիմում նոր հատուկ ընթացակարգով Ուկրաինայի անհետաձգելի անդամակցության խնդրանքով»,-հայտարարել է նա:
Զելենսկին վստահություն է հայտնել, որ նման որոշումն արդարացի է, և որ ուկրաինացիները դրան արժանի են: 2019 թվականի փետրվարին Ուկրաինայի այն ժամանակվա նախագահ Պյոտր Պորոշենկոն ստորագրել է Սահմանադրության մեջ փոփոխություներ կատարելու մասին օրենք, որը վերաբերում է երկրի՝ ԵՄ-ին և ՆԱՏՕ-ին անդամակցելու ռազմավարական ուղեգծին:
