Նավթը կտրուկ թանկացել է ՌԴ-ի դեմ Արևմուտքի նոր պատժամիջոցների ֆոնին
ECONOMICSՆավթի գները երկուշաբթի կտրուկ աճում են Ռուսաստանի դեմ Արևմուտքի նոր պատժամիջոցների սահմանման վերաբերյալ նորությունների ֆոնին: Դրանք սահմանափակում են ռուսաստանյան առանձին բանկերի՝ SWIFT-ից օգտվելու հնարավորությունը, տեղեկացնում է «Արմենպրես»-ը:
Brent տեսակի նավթի ապրիլյան ապառնագրերի արժեքը փետրվարի 28-ին ICE Futures լոնդոնյան սակարանում Երևանի ժամանակով 09:15-ի դրությամբ մեկ բարելի համար կազմել է 103,15 դոլար, ինչը 5,22 դոլարով (5,33 տոկոս) բարձր է նախորդ նստաշրջանի փակման պահին արձանագրված գնից: Փետրվարի 25-ի սակարկությունների արդյունքում այդ պարտավորագրերն էժանացել են 1,15 դոլարով (1,2 տոկոս)՝ մեկ բարելի համար հասնելով 97,93 դոլարի:
WTI տեսակի հուլիսյան ապառնագրերի գինը Նյու Յորքի ապրանքային բորսայի էլեկտրոնային սակարաններում (NYMEX) ներկա պահին մեկ բարելի համար հասել է 97,03 դոլարի, ինչը 5,44 դոլարով (5,94 տոկոս) բարձր է փետրվարի 25-ի նստաշրջանի ամփոփիչ ցուցանիշից: Հունիսի 18-ին շուկայի փակման դրությամբ այդ պարտավորագրերի արժեքն աճել է 0,6 դոլարով (0,8 տոկոս)՝ մեկ բարելի համար կազմելով 71,64 դոլար: WTI-ն էժանացել է 1,22 դոլարով (1,3 տոկոս)՝ նախորդ սակարկությունների ընթացքում բարելի համար հասնելով 91,59 դոլարի: Փետրվարի 25-ին G7-ի երկրների ղեկավարները որոշում են ընդունել ռուսաստանյան մի քանի բանկեր անջատել SWIFT վճարումների միջազգային համակարգից:
«Այդ միջոցը կապահովի այդ բանկերի անջատումը միջազգային ֆինանսական համակարգից և վնաս կհասցնի միջազգային գործառնություններ անցկացնելու նրանց ունակությանը»,-ասվում է G7-ի համատեղ հայտարարության մեջ: Փորձագետների կարծիքով, թեև նոր պատժամիջոցներն ուղղակիորեն չեն վերաբերում էներգետիկական հատվածին, այդուամենայնիվ, դրանք զգալի բացասական ազդեցություն կունենան դրա վրա:
«Բանկային հատվածի տարատեսակ պատժամիջոցները դժվարացնում են էներգառեսուրսների վաճառքը Ռուսաստանից: Բանկերի մեծ մասը հազիվ թե բազային ֆինանսական ծառայություններ տրամադրի այդ պատժամիջոցների ներքո հայտնվելու ռիսկերից խուսափելու համար»,-նշել է Again Capital-ի փորձագետ Ջոն Քիլդաֆը: Դրա հետ մեկտեղ շուկան նույնպես երկյուղում է, որ ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը կարող է պատժամիջոցներին ի պատասխան որոշում ընդունել՝ սահմանափակել էներգառեսուրսների մատակարարումները՝ այդպիսով ճնշման լծակ դարձնելով դրանք:
